A Personal Note Before the Final Debate

I don’t want to watch the debate but I have to, as I have to write about it. Frankly, I know my guy isn’t going to win, as he isn’t allowed to debate due to the corrupt and biased rules of the Commission on Presidential Debates. The truth is, I do not care what happens tonight, who wins, who says what – it doesn’t matter and that’s what the majority of Americans refuse to understand. Regardless of what happens tonight or on Election Day, we will continue down the same horrible path. You all know it’s true but you all also keep buying into this charade of limited choices. To those of you trying to change your major political party from the inside I say this: you can pump clean water into a sewer but it will always be a sewer.

I know I’ve used a similar analogy before but I’ve never been more certain of it, as I am now. Both men, as I have stated and shown countless times, have incredibly shitty policies across the board. Both want to spend more money regardless of their rhetoric, both will continue the multiple wars and probably introduce new ones, both support bailouts, both support government regulated health care, neither plan to balance the budget in less than a decade, both will increase the federal debt, both support the PATRIOT Act and NDAA and would like to expand them, both will continue to stand aside as the Federal Reserve destroys the dollar and not just our economy but the world economy, neither have truly supported gun rights, both pander on the issues of individual rights – such as marriage equality, both will continue to expand on the Drug War – raiding the homes of Americans – many of whom are innocent and finally, both men are supported by special interests and the same corrupt corporate entities that they claim to be against.

I would rather watch tomorrow night’s online debate between Gary Johnson of the Libertarian Party, Jill Stein of the Green Party, Virgil Goode of the Constitution Party and Rocky Anderson of the Justice Party. Why? Well, because they are real Americans talking about real problems and offering up real solutions that are a stark contrast to the same tired schtick that the Republicans and Democrats have been feeding us for far too long. However, these contenders aren’t allowed to debate Big Party Rep. Obama and Big Party Rep. Romney because they aren’t a part of their exclusive Big Party club. I’m not going to say that there is a conspiracy going on because I don’t need to. If anyone truly follows what has been going on and understands the rules that have been put in place to hold the heads of third party threats underwater, it is not hard to accept the reality we have all been served by the Republicans and Democrats.

So tonight is the final debate between Obama and Romney. It doesn’t matter how it goes down and who the American people and the mainstream media puppets select as the winner. The real winner is the Federal Reserve, the Pentagon, Big Government and the corrupt big banks and corporations who continue to have all of us in a stranglehold. Long live the murderers of capitalism and the champions of corporatism.

Let the dog and pony show begin!
