Sharia Law: Coming to America?

Obama’s hand picked legal advisor to the State Department, Harold Koh sees no wrong in imposing Sharia law in the United States. Coming from someone in the Obama administration, I do not find this surprising at all. It fits well within their “radical agenda” (I may owe royalties to Sean Hannity for that) and it is a way for the liberals to “open their hearts” to a “misunderstood” culture all while undermining the United States Constitution: a win/win for leftist shitcocks. Sorry muslim homies but I don’t want my kids (well the ones I may have at some point) witnessing bitches buried up to their necks getting stoned in the streets, especially if it blocks traffic. Even proposing to implement Sharia law in America is absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, completely and utterly, positively and thoroughly, ridiculously and idiotically fucking insane!

Here’s what the NY Post reported:

JUDGES should interpret the Constitution according to other nations’ legal “norms.” Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. The United States constitutes an “axis of disobedience” along with North Korea and Saddam-era Iraq.

Those are the views of the man on track to become one of the US government’s top lawyers: Harold Koh.

President Obama has nominated Koh — until last week the dean of Yale Law School — to be the State Department’s legal adviser. In that job, Koh would forge a wide range of international agreements on issues from trade to arms control, and help represent our country in such places as the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.

It’s a job where you want a strong defender of America’s sovereignty. But that’s not Koh. He’s a fan of “transnational legal process,” arguing that the distinctions between US and international law should vanish.

So Harold Koh is a fucking psycho. The distinctions between United States law and international law is why America kicks ass! We are not a country that tortures and murders its citizens because they stole a pitcher of llama’s milk. We don’t force women to wear baggy robes and ninja masks. We don’t kill those who commit adultery. We don’t whip or cane gamblers and drunkards. We don’t allow husbands to beat their wives (except in Alabama). We don’t allow injured plaintiffs to exact legal revenge, physical eye for physical eye. We don’t murder religious apostates or those who make fun of religious figures. We don’t cut off the hands of thieves. We don’t crucify or mutilate highway robbers. We don’t chop off feet. We don’t execute or torture homosexuals. We don’t immolate, stone or throw people over cliffs. No, we have actual humanity and compassion for each other and don’t succumb to sick twisted religious driven insanity (even the radical evangelicals aren’t as bad as the radical muslims). People bitch about the evils of christianity in the U.S. but it fails in comparison to what’s going on in countries practicing Sharia law.

However, Obama’s butt buddy is apparently a fan of everything stated in the previous paragraph. So how would this insane idea work in America? If a muslim fought a non-muslim, which court would the two parties go to? Would the muslim get American justice for harming a non-muslim? Would the non-muslim get his nose cut off for harming a muslim? Would all decisions be made in the same court? Would we have two judges in one courtroom or would the judge you get, a muslim one or a non-muslim one, be luck of the draw? A coin toss maybe? This is just so fucking stupid.

We have a legal system and it works for the most part. Granted innocent people go to jail from time to time but that is nowhere near as insane as cutting off someone’s feet! That’s not even what this is about anyway. It’s about being “fair” and “sensitive” to the muslims who live here in America. Liberals always have to be sensitive and fair while force feeding the American people with “equality”. Fuck sensitivity! If those muslims moved to America and don’t like our legal system and demand Sharia law, then GO. THE. FUCK. HOME! If you don’t like how shit’s done in America, then stay the fuck out. It’s not that hard. I don’t fucking go into places I don’t like. If a restaurant makes a shitty slab of ribs, I won’t go there. If a cobbler makes me a shitty pair of shoes, I want go into his shop. If a chick tells me that she’s swarming with STD’s, I won’t go into her vagina. I refuse to lose my freedoms and rights because the liberals say that we have to be sensitive to a group of people seemingly lacking some common fucking sense.

Ten dollars says that once Kevin James, er.. Elena Kagan is on the Supreme Court as well as anyone else that Obama appoints, this bullshit could become reality. Forget the Constitution, we have to be sensitive to people that hate our culture. Forget our freedoms, we need fairness. Here’s an idea! Let’s build a mosque right next to the World Trade Center site! That’ll help bridge the cultural gap between radical Islam and America!

So if you haven’t figured out my stance at this point, as I’ve tried to be as objective as possible, I am fully against this retarded bullshit. Harold Koh should be fired, caned and stoned. Anyone else who feels the same way Koh does can get the same treatment. If Sharia law is implemented into our legal system, then I am going to sellout everyone who pushed for this thing to the cops. Have fun getting rocks bounced off of your fucking heads for banging your homie’s girlfriend and for kissing your emo boyfriend.
