The Duty of Free People*Written by John Nibarger.

The establishment slogan, “ANYBODY BUT OBAMA” is a dangerous fallacy and IMO an outright lie.

By electing a “more of the same, slightly different flavor” candidate under the Republican label will have an effect of complacency to a certain percentage of people.  In addition, there are those who are willing to continue with deficits, military engagements and regulatory loss of liberty as long as it is raised up the Republican flag pole.

The truth is, that if we do not get the right person, like Ron Paul, then I believe it would be better that Obama were to win.  It was Obama who brought us the rise of the Tea Party and substantial interest in conservative constitutionalism, with Ron Paul support increasing.  Should Obama and Dems lose, then there will be a natural attrition to some of that momentum and public involvement.

Furthermore, if any other Republican is elected, then there will be virtually no differences between the “end results” that would be achieved under Dems…just a slower time table and partisan hacks.

Electing “any” Republican solely to defeat Obama, regardless of who that is….is suicide.  It is the “Frog who can be boiled if put into cold water and the temperature slowly turned up.”  But Obama is the equivalent of dropping the Frog directly into boiling water….and we (the frogs) have responded to the boiling water and are jumping from the pot with force and determination.

We have to stop voting under “POLITICAL DERIVATIVES” which as Wall Street showed us the junk nature of security derivatives…so is the Political equivalent.  We have sold or allowed the sale of our liberties due to the “expediency” the moment for far too long.  We cannot vote due to media staged candidate “electability.”

The very notion of mass media predicting the outcome is a self fulfilling mechanism.  They print or broadcast it, the public accepts it as the foregone conclusion, and therefore fall into line not wanting to “waste” their vote or be on the losing team.

THAT IS THE TRUE DISENFRANCHISEMENT in the United States.  That we allow the party pundits, look alike – cookie cutter candidates and talking heads to tell us who is the best or imminent candidate and we follow along as sheep or cattle, never questioning whether or not this was in fact the truth.

If the parties and media can make a statement, having the power of suggestion and propaganda advertisement, which causes the very outcome they stated….then the elections are rigged!  Rigged by the media predictions, party picks, exit polls and “calling the results” when only a small percentage of votes are actually cast…it is all a hoax built on a house of cards….and that is the threat of Ron Paul…to bring down the house of charades and the power that was wielded through it.

IF YOU VOTE FOR ANYONE BUT RON PAUL, for any reason other than your true core convictions, then you are falling into this well honed trickery that has for so long made each of us doubt ourselves and our belief in who the best person would be.

If we ever want to return to citizenry governance, we have to get rid of the Career Politicians who pander for votes, turning our Great Constitutional Republic into the Tyranny of Democratic Majority “RULE” where the 51% own the 49%, but the 51% have no position or power of their own, being pawns for the few elite who control and manipulate the turning tides and winds of sentiment by keeping us embroiled in crisis and division, divided by factions of self indulgent interests, promising easy pain free fixes, free lunches paid for by someone else (either the government or another social class), indoctrinating the masses to rely upon governmental assistance, convincing people that they cannot be self sufficient, nor should they even desire it.  Giving people a warped sense of “fair” being a word thrown around without any true definition and weaponized to pit one group of citizens against another as the means to allegedly achieve the Utopian society where none rely upon themselves, all throw themselves at the feet of the all mighty government.

For the first time in my life, I am truly afraid.  The slow declines we have witnessed but thought we had time to address later has become a blur of rapid expansion.  The trap was set, we were lulled, and now the establishment is furiously fighting to spring the final snares and to seal our fate into the last strangles on the ideals of freedom.

We have a generation being raised under the doctrine of the Patriot Act, terrorism and the necessity of national security which is said to require the voluntary abandonment of the constitution and its obsolete ways.

It is said that our forefathers could not possibly have envisioned our time, our trials and tribulations, the technology and rapid nature of weapons…the nature of mass destruction.

This is the biggest lie of all.  The Constitution was inspired of God, who knows all from the beginning till the end.  Our forefathers came up in a time of Kings and Dictators who had power over life, liberty and property.  They came up in a time of military enforcement of absolute powers.  They came up in a time where the church and the state were one and the same, and not for the benefit of man nor the worship and service of God.  This was a time of Pirates on the seas….Natives (Indians) who represented a hostile force against the presence and expansions of European settlement.  They lived in a time where simple illness by today’s standards represented deadly disease without medical answer.  Our forefathers literally walked up hill, in the snow to get to school, to march in the Voluntary Army of independence.

Our forefathers knew all to well, as did God in Heaven who inspired this great nation and it’s never before seen form of government, where power was endowed in the individual and delegated in limited capacity to the government.  Where the citizen was sovereign and the government was bonded and beholding to the people.  But the government was formed around the laws of God and nature, establishing the limits of the individual as well as government, that none were empowered to violate the liberty of another and therefore the people could not delegate a power not possessed by the people themselves….such would represent mob or democratic rule, using the police of state to impose or enslave others.  Such was never authorized by nor intended within the bounds of the constitution.

And yet, we have those who would attempt to flatter us, and seduce us into self gratification to convert our great republic into this diseased form of democratic rule, by promoting controversy amongst the people and gaining the votes of one part to rule over the other.

The only solution to tyranny is a return to the limited capacity of government where it is delegated the common purposes of the people, not the factional interests of groups, elites, haves or have nots….manipulating the controversy for the expansion of power until the creature of government becomes so massive that it eventually consumes those who created it, believing they were empowering themselves over others, only to find out they were empowering a creature to rule over all.

To each I beg that we TRUST NOT in government, nor depend on it to make our way….but to take heed of the example of our great forefathers who were endowed with this great nation and freedom only after the greatest of sacrifices.

Question everything and everyone.  Do not fall prey to the self fulfilling prophecy of media or establishment.  Let us turn the tide with the actual true will of the people, who we can agree upon liberty and freedom if we set aside our petty differences that focus on self.

No great faith, not Christian nor Jew, not Muslim nor Buhdist has a philosophy or faith of self service, self gratification and imposing individual will over that of others.  All faiths share common knowledge of service, selflessness and a higher power.  And this is why the government of tyranny will attempt to remove faith from the functions of government and of main stream life, because a man of faith will never give up liberty nor seek to enslave his brother and neighbor.

I am a life long Republican, having voted only once out of party line….but I am bonded to no party any longer.  Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely…whether it be power in the party, in the government in any organization where men and women rely on anything other than their faith and good will toward their fellow man.

Freedom is free will.  Free will cannot be achieved where outcome is dictated.  Nor do all even seek the same outcome.  And for those who believe that equal outcome is desirable, is it truly desired when mandated and forced upon all…where someone or something arbitrarily determines what all are entitled to…being subject to the whims and wants of a very few who cannot possibly fail to be corrupted by such absolute power.

Whether you believe in God, a higher power, or the potential of man and the spirit of mankind….I bet that we seek truth, speak truth and vote on truth and never again on false promises of a Utopia that cannot possibly exist nor would its inhabitants be happy once established….that is the conundrum of Utopia, that man’s spirit seeks adventure, challenges and individual expression of life.  There is no such thing as one size fits all where men are concerned.
