Voter Fraud in Nevada?(2)

February 5, 2012. Las Vegas. For the second time in just five primary states, the Republican Party, with the assistance of the national corporate news media, is raising questions about the legitimacy of this season’s primary election system. First, the Iowa Republican Party and the entire American media knowingly reported the wrong Iowa Caucus results with the wrong person being declared the winner. Last night, it appears the same thing may be happening in Nevada. And again like Iowa, critics are accusing the GOP of suspicious activity.

Perhaps it’s indicative that the beneficiary of these recurring vote counting “mistakes” always seems to be former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. He’s just happens to be the same man that both the Republican Party establishment and the four corporations that own all of America’s news media outlets are actively supporting.

Iowa Caucus

In Iowa a few weeks ago, local Republican precinct captains – the individuals responsible for providing the official vote count to the state Republican Party – were up in arms and all over the national media claiming their vote counts had somehow been changed once they arrived at the state GOP headquarters. Two weeks later, the party announced that Mitt Romney didn’t win, but instead, Rick Santorum had actually won. This author was one of the only national journalists that predicted the results would be reversed. Two weeks later, they were. Read the article, ‘Santorum won Iowa and didn’t say Black’ for specific details, published two weeks before the Iowa GOP reversed their vote count.

Nevada Caucus

As early as 2:00am this morning, supporters of Ron Paul had taken to social media with cries of “fraud” over the Nevada Caucus election results, or lack there of.

Here are just some of the comments taken from the Ron Paul 2012 Facebook page:

Dorian RM posted, “I am seriously smelling voter fraud again. This is seriously depressing.” Toni P wrote, “I am not a big pusher of conspiracy theories, but this election is swaying me to how corrupt this all is.” Patrick M added, “It’s not a conspiracy. It’s been proven.” Matt K confirmed the same feeling, posting, “I’m smelling voter fraud.” Ryan added, “Is this true about the fraud in Nevada or is everyone just panicking?”

That’s the big question as self-imposed deadline after self-imposed deadline passes without any word from the missing precincts of Clark County. According to the Nevada Republican Party last night, they were going to recount every single vote from Clark County, right there in the smoky, back room of the GOP headquarters. The only good part of the announcement is that a representative from each candidate would be allowed to oversee the recount.

Expected to be over by “midnight”, that deadline turned into “dawn”. When dawn came and went with no vote results in sight, questions over vote fraud really picked up steam. See the below chain of events from last night and decide for yourself if something fishy is going on.

Events of the Las Vegas Caucus, February 4, 2012. All times and percentages are rough estimates from memory. All are from first-hand witness accounts.

Counting the votes

8:00pm EST – Some polls close, roughly 3 percent of the total vote is in. Mitt Romney leads with over 50 percent of the votes counted. Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich are tied with approximately 20 percent of the vote each.

9:00pm EST – Media outlets nationwide declare Mitt Romney the winner of the Nevada Caucus “in a landslide.”

9:01pm EST – All polls but one are closed. Some results have been released, less than 4 percent of the total vote is in. Mitt Romney leads with 46 percent, Gingrich second with 24 percent, Paul third with 19 percent and Santorum fourth with 11 percent.

10:00pm EST – All media outlets spend two hours declaring Mitt Romney the overwhelming winner of the Nevada Republican Caucus in a landslide victory. Only 4 percent of the vote is in.

11:00pm EST – CNN sends their election coverage live to the last remaining open precinct in Nevada, located in Clark County. The polling place remained open extra long to accommodate strict religious observers. The voter demographic of the precinct is devout Christians and Jews who refused to violate their Sabbath day by voting during daylight hours. 15 percent of the state’s precincts have reported, Romney still leads with approximately 46 percent to Gingrich’s 22 percent, Paul’s 20 percent and Santorum’s 12.

11:15pm EST – With apparently nothing better to broadcast, media outlets like CNN announce to viewers that they’re in for a treat. They will see the Caucus process, live in action. The outlets would broadcast live from the last open Nevada precinct.

11:45pm EST – For 45 minutes, actual voters at the Adelson precinct being broadcast live on CNN and other stations, gave some of the most heartfelt one-minute speeches in support of their candidate – every single one of them was caucusing for Ron Paul. This was no Ron Paul rally either. This was a closed-door caucus. These were actual voters who were about to vote at this particular precinct. According to 40 minutes or so of speeches, it appeared Ron Paul should capture 100 percent of the vote in this Clark County precinct.

**Thanks to a much valued reader, it’s explained that the Adelson precinct had let each candidate’s supporters speak one candidate at a time. This was the segment CNN chose to air live and simply the Ron Paul campaign’s turn to speak. In fairness, Ron Paul’s speakers at this location did in fact out number all speakers from all other candidates combined.

12:00pm EST – CNN and the other outlets finally broke away from the speeches when no other candidates besides Ron Paul appeared to have any voters present. Only moments later, the network broke into its all-night election coverage to announce that the precinct viewers were just watching had begun to count the votes and had decided to do it publicly, letting the national media outlets continue filming.

12:15am EST – In riveting coverage, an entire auditorium full of hundreds of voters fell silent. One by one at a table assembled on a stage and with campaign representatives watching over their shoulders and the entire nation watching, the GOP precinct captain shouted out each vote as he unfolded each paper ballot.

12:30am EST: For five minutes, CNN sat in silence as the Republican precinct captain shouted out each vote while dozens of tabulator sat nearby keeping track. Unfolding one sheet at a time, the man yelled, “Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Ron Paul.

12:45am EST: Based on your author’s quick mental addition, it appeared Ron Paul would capture roughly 70 percent of the vote in this precinct, with Mitt Romney coming in around 20 and Newt Gingrich around 10. The entire time, every news outlet repeatedly congratulated Mitt Romney for his avalanche victory in Nevada.

12:55am EST: The official Nevada Caucus vote count was still stuck where it had been for the last 4 hours. 47 percent of the vote counted and included every county but one. 53 percent of the vote still outstanding, all from Clark County – the largest county in Nevada representing more than 60 percent of the state’s voters. It’s also the scene of the Caucus site just broadcast showing Ron Paul winning overwhelming.

1:00am EST: The same precinct captain in Clark County calling out votes 30 minutes earlier was now about to announce the final vote totals from the nationally televised caucus site. With CNN showing it live, the rough final vote count (going from memory) was 150 for Ron Paul, 50 for Mitt Romney, 20 for Newt Gingrich and 8 for Rick Santorum.

1:05am EST: The same above precinct then announced they were going to recount each and every vote to insure an accurate vote count.

1:30am EST: CNN and the precinct captain revealed the results of the second count. This time Ron Paul’s count was roughly 183 (58 percent of the precinct’s overall vote) to Mitt Romney’s 45, Newt Gingrich’s 20 and Rick Santorum’s 8. (Again, all numbers from your author’s tired, late-night memory. If the media wasn’t blacking out the coverage now, we could share the actual numbers with our readers). Paul supporters are extatic knowing that they won overwhelmingly in a precinct full of Jewish and extremely Christian voters, two of Ron Paul’s worst demographics. In fact, CNN entrance polls showed that Ron Paul won overwhelmingly among voters who said they weren’t religious.

1:35am EST: Your author, and thousands of Ron Paul supporters still waiting up and able to do simple math, deduced that if Ron Paul won 58 percent of the vote in a large Clark County precinct and that was representative of his performance county-wide, the Texas Congressman should win the Nevada Caucus. Clark County alone represents more than half the vote in the entire state of Nevada. If Ron Paul won 58 percent of the 53 percent outstanding, compared to Mitt Romney’s 47 percent of the 47 percent counted, it’s a Ron Paul win.

1:45am EST: CNN blacks-out election coverage, shutting down the studio without so much as one word of explanation or warning. Switching to human interest stories with an afternoon anchor for ten minutes, the network the shut all live coverage completely, opting instead to rebroadcast the entire night’s early evening election coverage. Every minute of the broadcast for the next few hours replayed Mitt Romney’s victory speech repeatedly, along with all the CNN pundits declaring Mitt Romney the landslide victor with 3 percent of the vote counted.

1:50am EST: A quick check of Fox News revealed the exact same tactic. The network had switched to replaying its entire early evening election coverage. Viewing like a Mitt Romney campaign commercial, the network was repeatedly rebroadcasting the Mitt Romney victory speech from hours earlier. Their pundits also spent the entire time congratulating Romney on his overwhelming victory, with just 3 percent of the vote reported.

1:55am EST: Feeling like he had just stumbled back in time or tripped into the Twilight Zone, your author went to the internet in search of vote totals. Stuck all night at 47 percent of precincts reported, Mitt Romney was leading with 42 percent of the vote to Newt Gingrich’s 26, Ron Paul’s 18 and Rick Santorum’s 13.

2:00am EST: Getting the sneaky suspicion that the Republican Party’s vote totals weren’t adding up again, a quick stop at the Ron Paul 2012 Facebook page revealed your author wasn’t alone. The campaign had posted a message saying that the Nevada GOP had announced that even though the first 47 percent of the votes were counted and reported in an hour, the remaining 53 percent, all coming from Clark County, would take all night. Random posts followed leveling accusations of suspicion and even outright vote fraud. Many had watched the results being tabulated live on national TV just as this author had. We all saw Ron Paul’s overwhelming victory in that part of Clark County. It’s unimaginable to believe that in the same county, a candidate could win overwhelmingly when the votes were counted live on TV, but lose so badly when the votes were counted by the Party establishment behind closed doors.

2:00am EST: CNN and Fox News had blacked-out their coverage, opting instead to run reruns for the first time of any election so far this primary season. Online news outlets also froze their coverage, stopping all blog entries at midnight. With that, your author went to bed.

9:00am EST: Your author wakes up to a Nevada Caucus vote count with 71 percent of precincts reporting. The totals and percentages, even though the added 24 percent appeared to overwhelmingly favor Ron Paul by a staggering margin of more than 3 to 1 over Mitt Romney, had somehow managed to match the first 47 percent of the vote reported earlier in the evening that overwhelmingly favored Mitt Romney. The new state-wide totals now read Mitt Romney 47, Newt Gingrich 22, Ron Paul 18 and Rick Santorum 11.

10:00am EST: The Nevada Republican Party announces they are not going to release any of the missing Clark County vote totals until all the precincts in Clark County are turned in.

11:00am EST: The Nevada Republican Party announces they are not going to release the final and complete vote results. Instead, they are going to hold an internal recount.

11:05am EST: Outrage, frustration and condemnation erupt from Ron Paul supporters everywhere. Social media explodes with charges of blatant vote fraud by Nevada Republican Party officials. The entire corporate national news media, including all the Sunday morning political talk shows, blacks-out the events of the previous evening, the missing vote totals and the outrage by the Ron Paul campaign. Instead, they continue to inform their readers and viewers that the Nevada Caucus is over and it was another landslide victory for media and GOP favorite Mitt Romney.

Even the Ron Paul supporters will concede they have no concrete proof of actual election fraud regarding the tabulation of the Nevada Caucus ballots. What they do have is a very legitimate complaint and very real circumstantial evidence. And it’s not so crazy considering the Iowa GOP just reversed their caucus winner. As Republican Party officials repeatedly remind us, primaries and caucuses are “private party events”. They are not general elections. They are party functions and the party makes, and changes, the rules whenever they want for whatever reason they want. If you don’t like it, don’t be a Republican.

The bigger tragedy is that the nation’s corporate owned media is obviously playing along, just as they did in Iowa. We’ll see if the Nevada GOP has to publicly and officially reverse the results of its election just as the Iowa Republican Party was forced to do two weeks after its caucus a few weeks ago. If that turns out to be the case, the national GOP and the nation’s news outlets will have more explaining to do than just the theft of one election.

Voter Fraud Again!, Dead people cast over 950 ballots in South CarolinaComments Off

Yet more evidence of voter fraud has emerged, this time in the wake of Saturday’s primary in South Carolina, where it was reported that at least 953 votes had been cast by people who were listed as dead.

The Associated Press reports that South Carolina’s attorney general, Alan Wilson, has notified the U.S. Justice Department of potential voter fraud in the Palmetto State this weekend.

“In a letter dated Thursday, Wilson says the analysis found 953 ballots cast by voters listed as dead. In 71 percent of those cases, ballots were cast between two months and 76 months after the people died. That means they ‘voted’ up to 6 1/3 years after their death.”

Wilson has asked the State Law Enforcement Division to investigate the situation.

In addition to stories that have emerged from both Iowa and New Hampshire in the past few days, the revelations once again suggest that voter fraud has become a common occurrence throughout the country.

The same situation occurred last week in New Hampshire, where the State attorney general also raised questions over possible voter fraud.

The Union Leader reported that activists obtained ballots as dead people because they weren’t ID’ed.

One activist posted video of himself walking into New Hampshire Polling locations during the Presidential Primaries, and asking for the ballots of deceased residents. The man had obtained the names from local obituaries.

“The names of the deceased were both Registered Republican and Democrats And in almost every case, saying a dead person’s name, we were handed a ballot to cast a vote.” wrote the activist on his Youtube channel.

None of the allegedly fraudulently obtained ballots was actually cast.

Watch the video:

Associate Attorney General Richard Head confirmed his office had learned about the possible fraud on election day and immediately began investigating. “That investigation is ongoing,” he said. “Based on the information received on Election Day and the information on the video, we are undertaking a comprehensive review of voting procedures with the Secretary of State,” the report states.

In Iowa, the results of the January 3rd Caucus have been completely glossed over, despite major questions arising from the vote.

Following the declaration of Mitt Romney as the winner, GOP officials in Iowa recounted the votes and changed the decision, naming Rick Santorum as the victor. However, votes from at least two precincts were lost in the process, and the tallying wasn’t even properly certified.

Both Mitt Romney’s and Rick Santorum’s vote tallies were altered, but no mention was made whatsoever of Ron Paul’s total, despite the fact that he finished a close third, in what was essentially a three way tie.

During the caucus, multiple accounts emerged from voters in different precincts suggesting that the number of votes did not correspond to the number of Iowans they had counted at the polling station. In addition, for the first time ever, the Iowa GOP decided to change the final vote count to a “Secret location”, citing non specific security concerns.

In total, eight different precincts in Iowa showed signs of fraud that included missing votes and stories that changed every time someone challenged them. Writer Jeffrey Phelps points out that the official caucus website in Iowa publicly states that the caucus results can never be officially certified.

Returning to South Carolina, another story emerged over the weekend that has potential vote fraud implications.

As South Carolina reporter Brandon Turbeville reports, Sevier Precinct President Christopher S. Lawton “noticed a series of situations that were either in direct opposition to State voting laws, or, at the very least, highly questionable.”

Lawton arrived at the Pickens County elections office to witness the vote certification in person, as per State law, but was told he could only witness the tabulation on a projector in the council chambers, not in the room where the actual counting was taking place.

“[They were] very unfriendly and appeared agitated at my presence. When I got my wits I went back and declared State law allowed me to witness all aspects of this process. I was told there was little space and [to] stand out of the way and not be talking on the phone.” Lawton stated.

When Lawton noticed that hundreds of votes had already been added to candidates names before official counting had started, he was told that the votes had been brought in early in the morning, when no one was watching.

Eventually, after witnessing several more anomalies, confusing situations concerning voting machines, and drawing attention to broken security seals on ballot boxes and Mr. Lawton was asked to leave the secured counting room.

New Hampshire was a Victory for LibertyComments Off

*Written by Rob Rimes.

Last night was full of a lot of fanfare, quick results and mainstream media bullshit. I sat in front of my television sipping on a bottle of Cheerwine and munching on a McChicken just as Megyn Kelly and Bret Baier popped up on the screen at the 8 o’clock hour to announce that they already had the winner with only 11 percent of the precincts voting. This was quite refreshing considering the Iowa fiasco went on into the wee hours of the morning just a week prior; plus the results of Iowa left a lot to be desired.

I’m pretty pleased with the finish in New Hampshire however. Granted Mitt Romney won but that was to be expected. One does have to give Mr. Romney some props though, as he is the first person since 1976 to win both Iowa and New Hampshire. While Mr. Romney has made history in his own way, another man has also made history and that man is Ron Paul. The fact that Dr. Paul finished in second place, quite convincingly mind you, just proves that the message of liberty is growing and people are coming out in droves in support of it regardless of how hard the mainstream media devils and the establish Republican ass clowns try to discredit and write the man off. The other big performer was Jon Huntsman, who did really well, as I thought he would, but probably won’t go much further passed New Hampshire. That is kind of unfortunate, as Huntsman like Ron Paul is quite different from the other candidates in this race.

The field was rounded out by Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum battling it out for an insignificant fourth place while the King of Texas Rick Perry only got 0.7 percent! That’s right, out of the entire state of New Hampshire, Governor Perry only racked up 1,762 votes against Romney’s 97,339 and Paul’s 56,601! I know Perry is holding on because he expects to do well in South Carolina but goddamn his performance was atrocious! Even if Perry can bounce back somewhat in the Palmetto State, he is a dead man walking right now as far as the race to the White House goes. Even if he can convince some of my fellow Floridians to throw him some votes in a few weeks, it still won’t matter. Rick Perry is a dingy without an oar in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

Even better than Rick Perry’s fall from golden boy grace is the fact that Rick Santorum’s short stint of relevance didn’t make it past Iowa. Now I am not sure if he edged out Newt for fourth place or not, I could actually give a shit. However, unlike Newt, Ricky Boy has shown that even though he can inspire religio-fascist nutjobs and raise a shit ton of money after a good showing in a state with more corn than people, he is out of gas. Even that corn ethanol crap can’t help him now. Sure, he may do decent in South Carolina but he has no longevity and after New Hampshire it is pretty certain that our favorite dork dick will soon be out of the hunt – officially. It was fun while it lasted but Icarus has finally gotten too close to the sun and there is no one left to throw him a parachute or set up a safety net.

Newt Gingrich isn’t in the same boat as Rick Santorum however. He’s struggling, that much is certain, but Newt still possesses those honey badger characteristics that could propel him to the front of the pack once again. Do I think that will happen? Probably not but one thing I have learned from this presidential race is that you can’t count Newt out until he’s out and I don’t see homeboy leaving just quite yet. Newt is a threat to everyone in this race despite a few bad performances at the last few debates. Keep in mind that not doing well at a debate isn’t usually Newt’s modus operandi and if he gets his shit straight, he could surge again. I’d prefer that he didn’t but Newt has fire unlike most of the candidates and is able to talk his way out of nearly anything.. most of the time. And whether you agree with the guy or not, watching him debate Barack Obama would be awesome. Hell, I’d pay big money to watch them duke it out on pay-per-view.

As I’ve said, Huntsman did well but probably won’t make it much further than New Hampshire. I’d like to see this guy continue to do well as he offers a significant contrast to what the GOP is offering this election cycle and apart from Dr. Paul, he is the only guy worth a shit that is still waving the Republican banner. The only real hope for Huntsman is that he has to turn it up in the upcoming debates. He did fantastic in both of the New Hampshire debates and as long as he can keep the momentum he’s started to build, he may make it all the way to the final three. In the beginning of this race, he sucked at debates. Over time he has become much better, earned my respect and found the footing he just didn’t have six months ago. The fact that he is different than Mitt, Newt and the two Ricks is also going to be a major factor that determines if he will have ongoing success. Jon Huntsman must capitalize on this hard-earned winning streak and just like the gigantic spider that shares his surname, he has to trap these other candidates in a web, immobilize them and devour them. Huntsman, like Paul, will change the rhetoric if he can outlast Rick One, Rick Two and Newt. The ball is in Huntsman’s court and all he has to do is take the shot. The only real hinderance he may face at this point is his financing. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have the resources that some of the other candidates do.

Mitt Romney didn’t really surprise anyone with his victory. New Hampshire has been in his back pocket for years and really, even though he won, he didn’t do it in a way that was impressive or decisive. Yes, he did win both New Hampshire and Iowa, which is a huge feat but he just barely edged out Santorum in Iowa and he didn’t really dominate in New Hampshire like he should have considering his ties to the state. Romney is certifiably the frontrunner at this stage but he is unable to garner the enthusiastic support of someone like Ron Paul. In the end, Paul’s support could grow and really hurt Romney. As other candidates start to drop like flies, where are their supporters going to go? I think it will be split as you have one school of thought that is desperately looking for the anti-Romney and another school of thought that will jump on his bandwagon because they are scared shitless of the truth and common sense that Ron Paul brings to the presidential race. Regardless of what happens, Ron Paul will most assuredly get the youth vote and with the number of independents and those dissatisfied with the Republican Party growing daily, Mitt Romney could be in for a fate he just can’t envision for himself.

The real story of the New Hampshire primary is that this is really now a two-man race and because of that, the rhetoric will in fact change. The moderators can continue to ask their dumb questions at debates but with Ron Paul not too far behind the mainstream media’s King of Conservatism, he will no longer get lost in the shuffle and be ignored. Dr. Paul will get his time to speak and when challenging Mitt Romney, will expose his statist progressive nature and potentially open the eyes of many more people. Mitt needs to count his blessings and really sit down and figure out how he needs to change his approach to this big shit show now that the discussion is about to shift. The best thing that could happen for all of us is that Mitt could just brush it off and go about doing business the same way he has all along. If he does, he might be sitting at home in November cursing the fact that his name isn’t on the big ballot that really counts.

This is an uphill battle for Ron Paul, don’t get me wrong. The media will be on his ass harder than they have ever been and really, it has already started. Eric Bolling and Andrea Tantaros were on Fox Business’ ‘Follow the Money’ questioning Ron Paul as they always do. Tantaros actually said, “Everyone’s for smaller government, everyone’s for personal freedom and then you peel back the layer and start to see what that really means.” Oh my God, really? Idiot Bolling then cuts in and asks, “Why does he have to go ‘all in’ libertarian? Why does he have to have all of it? Can’t he say ‘smaller government, free markets, lower taxes but oh on that foreign policy I think that we really need Israel as an ally in the Middle East so I’ll keep funding that.’” The reason he doesn’t say that you fucktard is because he is not a hypocrite like all you Fox News buffoons and your GOP establishment heroes. Ron Paul stands for something and to those who stand for nothing, he is just too puzzling. They can’t make sense out of it because they are deep in this bullshit game and Ron Paul is soaring above it.

Another Fox News contributor Stephen Hayes had to immediately point out that Ron Paul did so well because voter turnout in New Hampshire was “way down” compared to 2008. Actually it was down but not significantly. In 2008 there were 239,000 who voted and this year there were 228,000. That’s only 4.6 percent! When looking at how well Dr. Paul did in New Hampshire this year compared to 2008, this argument obviously holds no weight. In 2008, Ron Paul came in fifth place with 18,308 votes at 7.8 percent versus this year’s finish of second place with 56,601 votes at 22.8 percent. I don’t think that the 4.6 percent drop off of in voters this year from 2008 can explain Ron Paul’s 21 percent increase! These are the dirty tricks that the mainstream bastards like to play when they are trying to mold the minds of their viewers in an effort to manufacture the results that they desire.

Now they aren’t just bashing, attacking and spreading misinformation to discredit Paul’s success. They are also doing everything they can to pimp out Mitt Romney, as he is their only chance at capturing the White House throne. Tim Pawlenty, a punk bitch who was in this race but dropped out like the weak vanilla box of rotten assholes that he is, went on ‘Hannity’ last night and was sucking Mitt Romney’s dick so hard that it must’ve been as purple as Grimace this morning! T.Paw came on the television and was going on and on about how Mitt won Iowa and New Hampshire and how it has never been done before. Um.. excuse me dicknose? It has been done before, just not in a long time. Hell, Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford both did it in 1976. Granted Ford was an incumbent but it is not completely unheard of. Tim Pawlenty is just an establishment cockpuppet and he’s playing the game just as badly as the rest of them.

Another show of Mitt Romney support came directly from Sean Hannity, who continually says on every show that he hasn’t picked his candidate yet. Really Sean? When are you going to endorse your guy? After the primaries are over? I know I’ve said it elsewhere but if you are this deep into the presidential primaries and you don’t know who you are voting for, you’re a fucking idiot and a coward. Truth is, Hannity knows who his guy is and it isn’t hard for the rest of us to figure out. His pick is most assuredly Mitt Romney. For evidence supporting this, just go back and watch last night’s episode of ‘Hannity’ right after the primary. When Rick Perry came on, Hannity spent the entire interview lambasting him for being critical of Mitt Romney. Sean vehemently defended his butt buddy Mitt and did everything he could to discredit and interrupt Perry. Shit, I thought Hannity was that scumfuck O’Reilly for a second.

The media is out of control but being dictators to public opinion is their job and they’re damn good at it. No matter what they do and what they say can’t paint this stop on the campaign trail as anything other than a pivotal victory for those who support the Constitution. Ron Paul and everyone who supports him should be relishing in this win.. yes win! While everyone but the top three in this primary are being crushed by their heavy lies and giant skeletons, this race just got real and the big guns are coming out. As much as it is still an uphill battle for Dr. Paul, it is also an uphill battle for Romney. As of right now, these are the only two who even matter in this race anymore. The others aren’t dead but chances are very much in favor of them all getting gunned down in the oncoming Romney-Paul crossfire.

Gov. Jerry Brown Implores California Voters: Please raise taxes on yourselfComments Off

Gov. Jerry Brown on Monday proposed a ballot initiative that would ask Californians to raise taxes on themselves.

Facing huge deficits despite $10 billion in budget cuts last year, California needs new tax dollars in order to avoid catastrophic cuts to schools and government services for the elderly, Governor Brown said.

His plan includes a 1 percent income-tax-rate increase for individuals making more than $250,000 per year, and a 2 percent rate increase for those making more than $500,000. It would also increase the state sales tax by half a cent to 7.75 percent.

In total, at least 10 initiatives that propose tax increases are vying to qualify for the 2012 ballot in California – a sign that the state that led the national tax revolt with Proposition 13 in 1978 might now be considering at least a partial reversal of course.

With many states still focused only on cuts, such a bold statement from California could reverberate nationwide – either giving other states cover to try similar measures or showing that, even with budgets in dire straits, tax increases are a political impossibility.

“A victory for tax increases in California could encourage similar moves in other states,” says Jack Pitney, a political scientist at Claremont McKenna College. “If the tax measure goes down to defeat – in a blue state running a huge deficit – the effect would be to chill such proposals in other states for many years to come.”

Brown’s proposal is projected to raise $7 billion per year and would expire in 2016. On Monday, he dismissed the idea of going through the legislature, where a two-thirds vote is needed for raising taxes. Republicans blocked Brown’s efforts to raise taxes through the budget process last fiscal year.

Putin PummeledComments Off

Vladimir Putin’s ruling party suffered a big drop in support in a parliamentary election on Sunday, exit polls showed, as voters signaled their growing unease with his domination of Russian politics before a planned return to the presidency next year.

Two exit polls suggested Putin’s party, United Russia, would win 45.5 and or 48.5 percent of the votes in the election to the State Duma compared with 64.3 percent in 2007 and that it could struggle even to hold on to a majority in the chamber.

The vote was widely seen as a test of Putin’s personal authority after signs that Russians have started to tire of his tough-guy image, built up by his crushing of a rebellion in revel Chehnya and antics such as bare-chested horse riding.

“Russia has a new political reality even if they rewrite everything,” said Sergei Obukhov, a parliamentary deputy of the Communist Party, which made considerable gains, its vote almost doubling to around 20 percent, according to the exit poll.

A United Russia leader, Boris Gryzlov, looked stunned when he addressed reporters after voting ended but claimed victory and said: “We are watching and hope that we shall get a majority of the mandate in the State Duma.”

“We can say that United Russia remains the ruling party.”

Signatures Forged on 2008 Obama PetitionComments Off

*Taken from the Chicago Tribune.

Former Gov. Joe Kernan says a signature on a petition to place Barack Obama‘s name on Indiana’s 2008 primary ballot isn’t his, putting him among dozens of dubious signatures found in a newspaper’s investigation.

Kernan, a Democrat who campaigned for Hillary Clinton during the 2008 primary, told the South Bend Tribune that he didn’t sign the Obama document.

“No, not at all,” the former South Bend mayor said when asked whether the signature next to his name on the Obama petition looked like his own. “Nor does the printing look like mine.”

Occupy Wall Street: Heroes, villains or just losers?(5)

You should probably read this, this, this, this, this, this, this and this to understand where my economic philosophy is coming from. Anyway, apart from reading those, you should probably already see what is wrong with this movement.

*Written by Rob Rimes.

*This is directed at those who wrote these silly demands and anyone who has adopted them as their own personal demands. I know there are good people protesting that get what’s going on. I tip my hat to the few of you.

Over the last few weeks a new movement has risen from the ashes here in America. I guess when the right has the Tea Party, it should be expected that the left would have to answer with their own grassroots movement. And like the Tea Party, this new movement known as Occupy Wall Street isn’t just comprised of one specific group of people. It is full of people from all different walks of life. There is a melting pot of several different political ideologies and I’m sure many of these people, just like the Tea Party, are convinced that they are doing the right thing to help better our country and save us all from economic peril. Unfortunately, like with many movements in this country, there seems to be some confusion between capitalism and corporatism.

Here are some of these OWS idiots that are really confused by their own maroonish doublespeak.

These people, despite their idiocy, are probably good people they are just unable to allow their view of the world to be challenged, even by logic and reason. I guess protesting blindly is easier than dealing with reality and owning up to your own responsibilities and life decisions.

As far as the OWS organization goes, I know that the “demands” of this group, as posted on their website (here) don’t necessarily fit with everyone who is out protesting against Wall Street, however this group is the driving force of this movement. They have organized this thing from the very beginning. This list of demands should scare anyone with their economic wits about them. It should really frighten anyone with a bit of common sense but I understand why these ideas are attractive to the lazy entitled fucks who chose to go to college but now can’t afford it because they are too busy sitting at rallies to go and apply for a damn job. Sitting on their asses smoking hookahs and strumming guitars with their other underachieving buddies while not even being sure what they are protesting can’t be the cause of their undoing. Nope.. it has to be Wall Street’s fault. But at least they feel good about themselves today!

Anyway, this list of demands from Occupy Wall Street is complete bullshit and doesn’t really make a lick of sense, well to a normal hardworking person that has some basic knowledge in economics anyway. So let me break it down for you line by line and explain to the unenlightened why their strategy isn’t just foolhardy, it is laughable and borderline ridiculous. The problem with it is that it reads like a series of random tweets strung together as a blog. I’ll do my best.

Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending “Freetrade” by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

M’kay.. if you can’t see all the things that are wrong with this demand I’m not sure I can help you but I’ll try.

You see, in a nutshell a “living wage” is, according to Wikipedia, “the minimum hourly income necessary for a worker to meet basic needs (for an extended period of time or for a lifetime).” The needs included in this are shelter, food, utilities, transport, health care and even recreation. Essentially, a person working forty hours a week should be able to afford these things without having to get a second job.

A living wage is incredibly problematic. First of all, it doesn’t actually help the impoverished and long-term it will cause more harm than good for everyone. One of the reasons is due to the high-cost of implementing and managing this sort of legislation. Like with everything the government does, where does the money come from? It comes from the taxpayers (that’s you). However, I understand that this movement thinks that there are seemingly unlimited funds that can be ganked from evil corporations.

Truth is, even though you OWS peeps believe that corporations should be contributing to this stupid idea, they don’t have bottomless pits for pockets. To be forced to pay up in an effort to give fair living wages to those who may be less-skilled prevents a corporation from giving more money to incentivize the highly-skilled workers. Eventually, the highly- skilled workers will stop giving a fuck and no one will benefit. You can’t ride on coattails forever and without consequence.

Another problem with living wages is that if you give someone an inch (especially a lazy entitled fucksack) they are going to take seventy miles. How long would it be before lobbying groups start demanding that their products or services are essential for man’s survival. If these lobbyists succeed, which some will, how much will the living wage have to increase? It is a never-ending cycle of shit that we would never be able to shake off. Besides, all this whining about corporations and lobbyists corrupting politicians and empowering Wall Street would become pretty damn hypocritical if this is the route this takes. Just a little bit of common sense should reveal that this IS the route it would take and therefore this is completely counter-productive to what the Occupy Wall Street organizers truly want. And is that inflation that I smell? How else are you going to sustain an unsustainable economic policy?

The first demand also calls for an end to free trade and for the government to re-impose tariffs on ALL foreign goods. This is completely asinine and it is obvious that the author of these demands has never read Friedman, Mises, Rothbard, Hayek or Hazlitt. Tariffs are bad for business, as is an elimination of free trade. Not only is it bad for business but it is bad for foreign policy. It divides us from the rest of the world and builds barriers instead of bridges. When we all cooperate and have the freedom to choose who we do business with, we all win.

Tariffs do not benefit family farming and manufacturing as the above demand states. Keeping it as simple as I can, tariffs make products that reach our shores from foreign lands cost more. Who pays for that cost? You do! So does this force you to buy American? Does that really matter? Either way you are forced to pay more. This fallacy that foreign companies delivering cheap goods is somehow immoral and destructive to our economy is ridiculous. This fear of jobs being shipped overseas has become a regurgitated talking point that represents a lack of understanding of how we all benefit from free trade.

The last thing this enormous first demand calls for is a twenty dollar an hour minimum wage! What the fuck? So do you want the living wage or the minimum wage? A living wage is typically higher than a minimum wage but a twenty dollar an hour wage is insane and well beyond the amount it would take for someone to live. This calls for everyone to make a MINIMUM of $41,600 per year! There are 312,000,000 people in the United States. When you multiply the number of people by the demanded minimum yearly salary you get $12,979,200,000,000 dollars! That’s just under $13 trillion! Our entire national debt that is strangling us is $14.7 trillion! So essentially these idiots want us to somehow magically dish out almost the equivalent to our entire national debt on a yearly basis! Nope, these people are perfectly sane economic wizards.

Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors.

Do I even need to tap into this one? Have you paid attention to the criticism of Obamacare over the last few years? If after just these two demands you can’t see the socialist, if not communist, tendencies of this movement, you have to be completely ignorant to the fundamentals of either philosophy. In retrospect, this is just something else that these punk ass parasites want for free without having to really work for it. The people leading this movement are calling for the government to grow exponentially in a way that will take care of absolutely every aspect of their lives. Some people just refuse to be adults and make their own mark in the world. It’s easier to have everyone else wipe your ass apparently.

But I shouldn’t be so insensitive, I shouldn’t come across as so unkind. What I should do is be tolerant of this idiocy, right? I should explain why it is not a good idea to be a complete fucking loser and a burdensome leech.

Truth is, I’ve covered the health care issue already in my article “The Five Developmental Stages of the Progressive Beast, Part V: Barack H. Obama, Hope, Change & Health Care“. I don’t really need to rewrite what I covered there in a whopping 1,900 words. I think I, as well as several dozen other writers or pundits, have been outspoken against the tyranny of universal health care for quite some time. I’m tired of beating a dead horse. Unfortunately, you still unenlightened folks aren’t tired of asking for handouts and welfare that you have no intention of ever paying back because to do so, for you, would be immoral. However, for you, it is morally right to expect others to pick up the tab because you haven’t developed the skills to compete and survive in the real world.

The thing is, universal health care isn’t going to solve anyone’s problem. Medical care is expensive, no one denies that but eliminating competition and forcing people into a poorly-run government alternative is only going to make the problem much worse. Besides, it is government involvement that makes health care expensive right now! So how is more government involvement going to fix the problem? A question I always ask is, “What has the government ever done well?” Apparently to these dreamy OWS organizers the answer is “everything”. If you want to continue down the road of crony capitalism and corporatism, go for universal health care. For this group to not see the hypocrisy of this request boggles my mind.

Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

Man oh man, this is really their third demand. Shouldn’t this be part of the first demand that calls for a living wage? It is like the author of these demands jotted down a quick thought and forgot to re-organize this list before publishing it. In any event, I guess we are revisiting the living wage issue.

So just when you thought the living wage demand was crazy, thy are now demanding it regardless of employment! So do they want minimum wage or a living wage? Which is it? Why isn’t this made clear. I assume that the minimum wage is for those working and the living wage is for those who are or aren’t working. Am I to assume that they are calling for a collection of both? Now a living wage is usually more than a minimum wage and I broke down how much it would cost to give out their proposed minimum wage of twenty bucks an hour. So imagine getting the equivalent to twenty bucks and hour (minimum wage) and then more than twice that (living wage)! Wow! There would be no more poverty! Everyone would at least be in the middle class. Too bad no one can afford this and in the end, this would make us all dead broke.

This demand is completely and utterly preposterous! To even entertain the idea that this is somehow possible is fucking ludicrous! They might as well ask for ten bars of gold to be handed to them by leprechauns every morning they wake up and grace us with their presence.

At the end of the day, who the hell is going to work to provide for those who do not want to work? Where is the incentive? How long would it be before everyone quit to milk the living wage regardless of employment status? When no one is working, then who is paying for it? The answer: no one.

Demand four: Free college education.

Oh Jesus, here we go. Yes education is expensive but there is also education that isn’t expensive. Almost anyone can go to community college and get a good education for next to nothing compared to big universities. At the same time, who is to say that we all need college?

College isn’t for everyone but we’re all programed to accept the fact that this is what someone is supposed to do after high school, just as we’re all programed to get married, have kids and buy a house. The reason I am even using this as an example is to point out that if college is free, everyone is probably going to go. Well, maybe not everyone but a lot more people will go to free college than go to college that they’d have to pay for. While it may seem good to encourage more people to expand their education beyond the high school level, it will be our tax dollars paying for all these half-assed students looking for a free lunch.

Apart from all that, why in the hell would you want the government to handle your continued education when they can’t even effectively run the current public education system? While test scores and student performances continue to plummet, you want to introduce this system into universities? Do you really want a surgeon to cut you open that was educated by a public university? Really? You do?

Like health care, part of the reason why education is so expensive is because of government meddling and their involvement. The crony capitalism and corporatism has infiltrated the colleges and driven costs up. Basically OWS calls for an end to these things by calling for more of these things. Why? Because they don’t have a clue how this all works and really, I doubt they care.

Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

I had a huge article debunking all the bullshit surrounding alternative energy. Read my article “Recycled Myths & Renewable Scams” for an extensive analysis of every major alternative energy source. I’m not going to rehash all my talking points from that massive article but I will give you a brief rundown.

To start, the entire world is currently dependent on fossil fuels for everything. In fact, you can’t even create most of these other alternative energy sources without using fossil fuels in the process. Fast tracking a process to bring fossil fuels to an end makes absolutely no sense if you understand how this stuff works. OWS obviously doesn’t.

Now there is nothing wrong with trying to work towards getting away from fossil fuels but one has to be realistic about it. Every other energy source comes with its own big list of pros and cons. Just because a bag of goods is sold to you as something, doesn’t mean that the sales pitch was accurate. This is the case with most of these green energy alternatives. You have to keep in mind that the green movement has a pretty diabolical agenda but then again so does Occupy Wall Street based off of their list of demands.

Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.

The question I have is that if they want us to use an entire trillion for infrastructure, can we subtract it from their living wage and minimum wage demands? Nope, I doubt they’d go for that. At least they don’t have a problem forcing the rest of us to pay for it.

The fact that they are asking for this makes me realize that they have no idea how much a trillion dollars really is. Do they think that Wall Street or the government can just write a trillion dollar check? They’re aware that we are already trillions in debt right? Oh but the Federal Reserve can just print more money right? Yeah, the problem with this whole movement is they don’t even know who the enemy is, more on the Fed at the end of this article.

Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America’s nuclear power plants.

Awesome, these parasites want us to throw around another magic trillion that we can somehow manifest from thin air. This demand is equally ridiculous as the last one and virtually the same.

Sure we need to take care of our environment but lets be real about it. Where is this money going to come from? I mean the running tab for these demands is insane and we’re only about halfway through this list here! Again, these people just don’t know how the financial system works and their impression of economics is like something from a Narnia book. I guess shit just magically appears! Must be a cool dream.

As far as the nuclear power point, again alternative energy is nowhere where it needs to be to take over.  Nuclear power may seem scary when buying into all the hype but it is an efficient source of energy and pretty damn safe when managed properly and not struck by a combination of earthquakes and tsunamis. I already debunked many of the anti-nuclear arguments in my article “Recycled Myths & Renewable Scams“.

Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.

Actually, everyone should have equal rights if they follow the Constitution. If individual rights are applied to all we would all be able to live equally. However even in the days of the Founding Fathers individual rights were grossly violated as slavery still existed. Point is, if people would respect individual rights we would all be on a level playing field. We don’t need an amendment to legislate this we just need to follow what has already been written.

What OWS is calling for here however is actually a violation of individual rights. Once again doublethink and doublespeak take over and they try to fight against what they perceive as tyranny by employing the same method that they are fighting against. Let me explain their folly.

Essentially, these guys want the government to come in and regulate fairness. This never works, in fact to force people to comply to this “fairness” and “equality” creates an imbalance by having a negative impact on the forced party’s individual and property rights. You can’t force people to play nice and to do business with each other. I mean, you can but at the end of the day it is tyrannical and it violates their constitutional rights.

This is the same argument that Barry Goldwater used, which ultimately didn’t get him elected but just like then, the people today can’t see the forest for the trees. Civil rights laws were tyrannical and monstrous and only made the leviathan bigger. This is just another classic example of how bad consequences can occur as the result of good intentions. Although these OWS shitcocks don’t care, they just want as much free shit as they can get.

Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

I don’t oppose this demand in theory but I do have my two cents to add. If we were to allow open borders migration, we would have to end the welfare system as it is. In fact, I wrote about this in my article “Conservatives & Aliens“. However, following the track record of this group’s demands can only lead one to the conclusion that they want to implement this with the welfare system still intact. If that were the case, this would be a fiscal nightmare!

People would flock here and our population would explode all because everyone would be trying to get a living wage as well as a job with a minimum wage of twenty bucks an hour. I laid out how horrible this would work out with our current population numbers, well imagine how bad it would be with an explosion in immigration. Again, who would pay for this? These OWS kids haven’t really thought this shit through.

Besides, eventually we would run out of money. It would happen pretty fast mind you and then where would these people go, what would we do? We’d all be poor and trapped in an overpopulated mess with a shattered economy. Wall Street would certainly fall but so would America. There is absolutely no way we could ever sustain these idiotic policies. Even a kindergarten economist should see that!

Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

Here’s a demand from this group that I fully agree with. In all honesty, the electoral system in this country is corrupt and time and time again these ballot machines have failed. There have been tons of issues over the years, most notably the 2000 presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore and the 2004 presidential election between George W. Bush and John Kerry. There were also some fishy outcomes during the 2010 midterm elections. Harry Reid’s sketchy victory over Sharron Angle comes to mind.

Essentially, the process we have now is pretty fucked and unreliable. It makes one think that this whole thing is rigged. Not to jump the gun or anything but what is one to think with these closed, secretive electoral processes? We need to control our votes and everything needs to be out in the open. To suggest otherwise is to accept and perpetuate electoral corruption. Why would they want it to be so shadowy if they weren’t tinkering with something? The ruling class is tricky and they will stop at nothing to dictate the direction of government.

Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the “Books.” World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the “Books.” And I don’t mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

This is beyond idiotic! In fact, this may be the dumbest damn thing on this list of demands and that’s saying a lot! Did Tyler Durden write this? At least he took the bull by the horns and took out the credit card companies like a champ. However Hollywood heroes are typically just that, Hollywood heroes. These people have obviously watched ‘Fight Club’ too many times and are convinced that this is the morally right thing to do. Ah.. that youthful angst!

So OWS really wants to erase any trace of debt whatsoever? So essentially, what they are saying is that they are unwilling to man up to their responsibilities as human beings and they are unwilling to fulfill their contractual obligations with whomever because fuck it, who wants to be forced to pay for what they use. These people are so weak and deluded that it is disgusting. Don’t give me that evil corporations preying on innocent victims bullshit, you idiots just don’t feel that you are obligated to pay the price for the things you have benefitted from. Everything should be free! So again, who the fuck is going to pay for this? Someone has to pay the debt, you can’t just wipe it out unless you intend for EVERYTHING to collapse. Are these people really this fucking ignorant?

Here’s an example. If I am a bank and a customer comes to me for a loan, I should be able to look at his credit and determine if the person deserves a loan and if they do, what the terms should be based off of their own personal fiscal responsibility. Why would I give a loan to someone who has horrible credit and who obviously doesn’t intend to pay me back?

This whole thing is so ridiculous, trying to even argue against it is pointless because the person who would support such a demand is a helpless weakling whose word is worth dirt. Man the fuck up people you’re embarrassing yourselves!

Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.

Are you shitting me? This really just goes with the last demand and my points are virtually the same with this one. Credit agencies exist for a reason and that reason is to inform us how others we do business with handle their money. Granted credit agencies are in the pocket of Wall Street and help contribute to the corruption of corporatism but to flat out outlaw them is just careless and brainless. The pure and utter stupidity of these demands is mind-boggling!

Man oh man do these fucktards want to absolve themselves of any responsibility whatsoever! Let’s fight for a new America where we can be free of tyranny, responsibility, obligation, tuition and our word! I’m surprised there isn’t a demand for weekly drop-offs of Slim Jims, Djarums, Sno Balls and Red Bull.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.

Damn it I’m spent. Do I need to rip this shit apart anymore? Unions are garbage and they stifle productivity, eliminate jobs and do way more harm than good. Not to mention that they are typically full of thugs ready to crack your skull open if you oppose them. Unions shut doors, they certainly don’t open them.

Final Statement: These demands will create so many jobs it will be completely impossible to fill them without an open borders policy.

These fuckers are so goddamned delusional that this whole laughable list has lost its charm and the funny is gone. Has a single person involved in organizing this movement and their demands ever read a real book on economics? Maybe they’re just recycling some indoctrinated bullshit that they got from some Marxist professor they don’t intend to pay. That final statement in reference to this list is so nonsensical it gave me a migraine and made me throw up a little bit.

These demands would destroy our economy, cripple our country and cost us countless jobs. We would be in one hell of a shitpickle if these totalitarian stooges had their way. It makes me wonder who is actually behind this movement because there is absolutely no mention of the Federal Reserve, who they should be fighting against instead of Wall Street. There is no mention of our involvement in all these wars: Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, the War on Drugs and the War on Poverty. There’s no calling for Obama to be held accountable for his crimes and his involvement in Wall Street-Washington cronyism.

The best place to start looking at is at the author of this list of demands. His name is Lloyd J. Hart. Apparently he intends to go to his own rally but he needs a ride. To me that is hilarious and says so much about the cockpuppets running this show. I’m surprised the list of demands doesn’t call for free Subaru Outbacks. See for yourself in the picture to the right, that was taken from his profile on the Occupy Wall Street website. I hope you found a fucking ride Lloyd. By the way, check out his Facebook (here), which he no longer uses after trolling and spamming people while only acquiring 16 likes.

It has also come out in the last few days that people like George Soros and Van Jones are supporting Occupy Wall Street. Why is this not surprising? While they publicly offer support, I wonder if they themselves are pulling any strings?

You see people, you have to know who and what you are dealing with. I know many of you involved in this movement don’t follow this bullshit philosophy or want these moronic demands, you just want to end the tyranny that exists between Washington and Wall Street. The people organizing this want so much more however. Realistically, they are calling for pure totalitarianism. These people believe that the more the government gets involved in these matters, the better off we’ll be. Yeah, that same government that is owned by Wall Street. Do you see the hypocrisy?

The problem is, for those of you who truly want to end the tyranny of the financial system, you are fighting the wrong battle. Yes Wall Street is corrupt but the real battle that needs to be fought is with the Federal Reserve. I implore all of you that haven’t to read G. Edward Griffin’s book “The Creature From Jekyll Island“. You need to educate yourself on the tyranny and unlimited power of the Federal Reserve. Until we address the real enemy, going after Wall Street is pointless.

To those of you going down there because it just “feels right” and it “feels good”, stop being fucking joiners and spend some of that time sitting around in the park by putting a book in your hands and educating yourself on what it is you think you know. This country breeds too many weak parasites trying to suck the blood of those of us who truly work hard and earn the fruits of our labor. Don’t be one of those vampires, they are the ones who create these problems that they are trying to solve.

Not everyone is a joiner though, there are guys like the dude in the video below that give me hope because not everyone down there can be classified as blind sheep acting on an impulse.

How refreshing. At least someone down there knows the enemy.

Fake Tea Party Candidate: Tea Party Express to jump inComments Off

*Taken from the Daily Caller.

Tea Party Express will get involved in the New York special election next week and put their support behind Republican candidate Jane Corwin, in an effort to prevent Jack Davis, the candidate running on the ‘Tea Party’ ballot line but without local Tea Party support, from playing spoiler in the election.

Recent polling showed Davis, who has previously run for the congressional seat as a Democrat, taking 24 percent of the vote, leaving Corwin and her Democratic opponent, Kathy Hochul, virtually tied. Davis is taking more votes from Corwin than Hochul, raising concerns among Corwin supporters.

The details of the effort have not yet been ironed out.

“This was a somewhat last-minute decision,” said Tea Party Express spokesperson Levi Russell, “as we saw the fake ‘tea party’ candidate – who is a liberal democrat – gaining traction and potentially spoiling the race. So we just recently decided to shine a spotlight on that race and help educate the voters about who the true conservative is.”

Rus Thompson of local Tea Party group, TEA New York, said that he had extended an invitation to Tea Party Express, and that he was also reaching out to other organizations like Tea Party Patriots.

“Jack Davis is not a Tea Party guy and I cannot let him get away with trying to hijack the whole movement for his political aspirations,” said Thompson.

“I’ve often been critical of Tea Party Express as they’ve traveled around the country getting involved in races where I think the decision should be made at the local level,” said Thompson. “But we have a situation like this … Jack Davis pretending to be the Tea party guy … I’m calling in all the big guns.”

Tea Flavored Kool-Aid, Part I: The Beginning of the Revolution(5)

*Written by Rob Rimes.

1. Introduction:

Well, it isn’t like we couldn’t see this coming. I mean, how many times do we have to go down this road before we fucking get it? Really, how many? As with every major shift in power in American history, at least for the last several decades, the promises and “changed” philosophy were all for naught. This time was different they said. This time there is a grassroots movement that is taking the country by storm. This time the politicians have to listen. This time liberty will win! Yep, all bullshit. We are just over a month into the changing of the guard and already the freedom fighters have traded their ideals and morals in for a spot in the establishment and a long congressional career of further corruption. Why can’t they all be Rand Pauls? Granted, Paul is also in my sights, as are all the Beltway newbs.

2. The Issue of the PATRIOT Act:

What has sparked this disgust? To start, it was yesterday’s passing of extensions to one of the most tyrannical pieces of legislation in American history: the PATRIOT Act. Why is the PATRIOT Act tyrannical? Well, let me explain to the inept and apathetic lovers of blind and obedient complacency.

The PATRIOT Act, no matter how it is spun or sold to the sheepish masses, is an incredibly vile piece of legislation. At its core, it is unconstitutional and thus violates the rights of every American citizen that it touches, which is all of us. How is it unconstitutional?

Quite simply, the PATRIOT Act allows the police, FBI, DEA, ICE, ATF, U.S. Military and other federal agencies to spy on and investigate American citizens in ways that severely overstep their bounds. Essentially, it creates a massive police state where nearly everything you do can be monitored with just cause or not. It was created to counter terrorism, or so they claim. Realistically, it gives the government the power to peer into every facet of our lives and eliminates any chance of privacy, something that the Founding Fathers would have vehemently protested against.

The PATRIOT Act gives tyrannical power to the Department of Homeland Security and the TSA, both of which severely violate the 4th Amendment. Not only that but the implementation of the PATRIOT Act has cost America billions and billions of dollars, if not trillions, and the price tag is rising daily! All this tyranny for the false promise of safety!

It was Founding Father Benjamin Franklin who said:

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

So, how can the Constitution pimping Tea Party not be completely fucking pissed at their leaders Michele Bachmann (MN), Colonel Allen West (FL) and a shitload of others for slapping liberty in the face by voting to extend the PATRIOT Act? Their vote is a grave hypocrisy against the ideals that they supposedly represent.

Then again, maybe the Tea Party, or at least a large part of it, was just a grassroots movement to put the right side of the establishment back in power. Personally, I don’t think so but then again, it was these Tea Partiers that were quick to adopt Sarah Palin as their pageant queen without giving much thought to her big government track record as Governor of Alaska. I just assume that people are unaware of her fiscally irresponsible past and thus, just blindly buy what she’s selling today. With that said, lets see if these Tea Partiers get off of their lawn chairs and join in the disgust against their elected candidates who are apparently just chips off of the old establishment block.

With their PATRIOT Act vote, candidates like Bachmann and West fail completely in their promise to promote liberty and the Tea Party platform. Any other Tea Party candidate who voted alongside Bachmann and West are just as guilty and should have their feet held to the fire. Hell, their feet should be scorched as it wouldn’t really matter since none of them can walk tall anymore. You see, not only did they deliver us tyranny, but they also just spent billions more that we can’t fucking afford! Which brings me to my next point.

3. The Issue of Balancing the Budget:

When it comes to the budget, how well are these new Tea Party candidates going to do? I mean, all of them across the board became Tea Party candidates because they adopted the platform of fiscal responsibility going into the 2010 midterm elections. Our government has been spend crazy for years and everything is about to break and unless we cut spending and eliminate big government programs, we’re all pretty much fucking doomed. The Tea Party was created out of their mantra “taxed enough already!” So are the Tea Party candidates living up to these promises?

Well, if they voted on the PATRIOT Act extensions the answer is a solid “fuck no!” Michele Bachmann, Colonel Allen West and others like them have not only extended tyranny but they have dug the economic hole even deeper. However, the PATRIOT Act is not the only piece of expensive legislation that many Tea Party candidates support. The biggest pieces of legislation that many of these candidates endorse, as well as many Tea Partiers themselves, are the entitlements.

You see, the Tea Party candidates are all for ending entitlements unless it is their own. They want an end to the welfare state but not the welfare that they receive. “Cut everything!” they yell. “Stop spending!” they scream. Of course, that is everything except for social security, medicaid and medicare. Those programs are holier than thou, even though they are vampiring the shit out of Liberty’s neck. These three programs must be cut and completely eliminated. Until Tea Party candidates and the Tea Partiers themselves wake up to this, all their bitching and carrying on is pretty fucking pointless and hypocritical.

These programs ARE welfare for the silver haired demographic. If we are going to try and combat the welfare state it has to be across the board otherwise the battle is futile. You can’t pick and choose favorites, even though that is what the government does. In doing so, every little program proposal will weasel its way in and grow to be a gargantuan beast reliant on the nurturing care of the parental leviathan. We have to slay the shit out of that damned beast!

According to Reason Magazine:

As the 78 million baby boomers begin retiring over the next few years, under business-as-usual scenarios, spending on their Social Security and health care will more than double by 2050 to about 18 percent of the GDP. By 2052, Uncle Sam’s three entitlement programs—Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid—will consume all federal tax revenues, leaving nothing for government’s core, constitutional functions. America will have to either mortgage its entire economy by 2042 or raise federal income taxes by 81 percent in order to pay for the $107 trillion in health care and pensions it has promised seniors. Add to all this the 30 million uninsured Americans whom ObamaCare has put on Uncle Sam’s insurance card and you have the makings of the fiscal equivalent of Nightmare on Elm Street.

So, someone needs to stress this to Tea Party uber-econimist and “fiscal” hero Paul Ryan. In addition to Ryan: Eric Cantor, Kevin McCarthy, Michele Bachmann, Colonel Allen West, Marco Rubio, possible presidential candidates: Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich, as well as several others, need to get this memo too. Truth is, they have the memo. They have all read it but instead, they would rather protect their fan base of hypocritical baby boomers instead of truly conforming and adapting to the reality of our economic peril. I guess the common sense approach to economics is too fucking much for the Tea Party contingent of Congress to swallow. You figured GOP “young guns” Cantor, Ryan and McCarthy who bashed the Obama administration and their own party would “get it” but maybe they are just motivated by books sales and not real fiscal legislation. I hate to think so but c’mon, where are the cuts? The only one who does “get it” is Kentucky senator Rand Paul, son of the World Champion of Liberty Ron Paul.

In fact, Rand Paul proposed $500 billion in spending cuts, just as a start to save the economy. The Tea Party led GOP aren’t too keen on that idea however. In fact, the 112th Congress’ complete ineptitude has never been more apparent in their short history than in regards to their laughable proposal to only cut $100 billion out of 2011′s monstrous $3.6 trillion dollar budget! Hell, they’ve been tugging their choads over those cuts already and the likelihood of even eliminating that miniscule amount is not looking good.

4. The Issue of Reneging On Promises:

It’s no big surprise that politicians renege on their campaign promises. Hell, every POTUS ever has failed to carry out their full mission. I’m also sure that there may have never been a single politician that has ever fully fulfilled their campaign objectives, at least not effectively. However these are Tea Party candidates, they are the first group of politicians to come along in decades that are storming Capitol Hill to truly represent the people. Unfortunately, the clock is ticking and so far, no good.

An example of this is happening in my own state. Florida’s newest senator Marco Rubio, as far as I am concerned, has not lived up to his promises. In fact, he has seemingly reneged on one of the three parts of his platform. Unluckily for me, he is my senator. At least I can sleep though, as he didn’t get my vote. My vote went to Libertarian Party candidate Alexander Snitker, someone who I hope runs again in 2012 for a Senate seat who is a true FairTax supporter.

So, as was told to the Florida FairTax group, an organization that I am a part of, Marco Rubio’s platform consisted of three objectives: term limits, balancing the budget and pushing the FairTax on Capitol Hill. Well, he has been in the senate for well over a month and he has not yet co-sponsored the FairTax bill. Lately, he has not even brought the subject of the FairTax up in his talking points. Something that was once a big part of his platform has now mysteriously vanished from his rhetoric.

If the FairTax is something that Rubio believes in, then why hasn’t he signed his name to the bill as a co-sponsor? I mean if he truly is for it, doesn’t he want to help it? He said he would push it and promote it and do anything in his power to see it pass. So is he helping it by not co-sponsoring it or by no longer even mentioning it? Hell no he’s not!

Recently in an interview, the subject of the FairTax was brought up and Marco pussyfooted around it in typical establishment fashion. Because of his abandonment of one-third of his platform, the leaders of the Florida FairTax group have reached out to him for answers. Unfortunately, but not surprising, he hasn’t responded and his office dances around it and gives the same bullshit half-assed excuses that politicians’ aides have been giving since the cavemen held their first caucus. With a third of his platform seemingly in limbo, that takes 33.3 percent off of his score and brings him down to 66.7 percent. In high school, that’s a D-! Not a lot of room to breathe there, is there homie?

I can’t honestly say that Marco Rubio has turned his back on the FairTax and the FairTax supporters who supported him but what the fuck am I and anyone else supposed to think? Get off your ass dude and co-sponsor the bill or face the wrath of the voter who will check your ass and take you out next election. Pretty boy looks and a neat haircut can’t save your ass from a voter scorned. If you are retracting from your proposed platform after preaching about false prophets and bitchass punks in politics, then you, my friend, will see the epitome of your verbal assault staring back at you in the mirror. Do the right thing Marco because now, more than ever, the people are watching and they are watching intensely.

5. Conclusion:

You see, now that the Tea Party took over the country and gave the GOP a major assist in getting back control of the House of Representatives, the politicians owe it to the American people to do what the fuck they said they were going to do! There is no time, the time is NOW! We aren’t sitting idly by giving you the benefit of the doubt. The benefit of the doubt was our vote on November 2nd of last year. Now you need to get to work because there is a lot of shit to clean up and a lot of work that has to get done. If the 112th Congress is not able to get it done, then there isn’t much hope. This isn’t a second chance, this is the last chance. Do what must be done because if this Congress fails, they’ll be added to the unemployment statistics.

Tea Partiers, wake up and do your research. Know who you are supporting inside and out. Watch these motherfuckers and don’t let them give you the run around. If us, as American voters, don’t ride these politicians hard, then they will continue to follow the familiar and comfortable path that brought us here. The fight didn’t end at the ballot box. The fight ends when tyranny is eradicated and our debt is wiped out. We all have to work hard and contribute to solving the problem. If any Tea Party candidates augment the problem, they must be called out for it and be forced to face the lovely music.
