Anybody But Obama!: The Death of the Tea Party(1)
Anybody but Obama! That has been the mantra shouted out by Republicans and Tea Partiers all over America for quite some time now. The reality pill that no one on the right is willing to swallow that I myself took a double dose of a few years ago is that the two groups are really just one in the same. Sure, the Tea Party talks a big game and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.. no, I really did. However, this 2012 election cycle on top of their complete lack of real vigilance after their hollow midterm victory in 2010 has just gone on to prove my worst fears about these “non-partisan” big talking “fiscal” conservative hacks. So as I type this while sitting at the bar in my favorite local Irish pub, I must reflect on the incident that inspired this article. You see, it was just this past Saturday that my local chapter of the Tea Party decided to hold an event in an effort to celebrate Tax Day. By “celebrate”, I mean bitching and moaning about crazy spending and government waste while trying to sound like true fiscal warriors out to chop off the heads of our big government leviathan. Now I didn’t attend this Tea Party and truth be told, I haven’t gone to one in well over a year because I just don’t see the point in trying to parade around with those who are primarily hypocrites and blind to the fact that their actions have a stark contrast to their rhetoric. Honestly, I’d rather spend my afternoon eating ribs and going to a bar to work on my writing in an effort to really bring forth some change in this country or at least give some ammunition to the hundreds of thousands who read my words regularly. I did witness the latest installment of the angry Anti-Obamanoids however and I can’t not share what I saw and my thoughts on it and the whole Tea Party movement in general at this point. I tried to blow passed them but I couldn’t help but slow down my car and gawk at the ludicrous display, as I rolled by the event on my way to the local barbecue joint. My how the mighty have fallen in just a short short time. The saddest part, and I can only speak about my local chapter, is it looks like the numbers of participants has dwindled from where it was just two years ago. It was kind of sad actually. In what is a pivotal election year, participation at this rally was nowhere near the magnitude of the monstrous rallies that were spread across America leading up to the 2010 midterm elections. It’s like two-thirds of the Tea Partiers were satisfied enough with the Republicans taking back the House of Representatives that this much bigger election doesn’t even matter. This lack of participation has been apparent in the fact that the number of people voting has been down quite consistently across all the primaries from just four years ago when Obama bitchslapped McCain and his Alaskan parrot. Then again, maybe those two-thirds that seem to be missing are of a much smarter stock and have decided to abandon the hopeless Tea Party crusade as I have. Maybe, just maybe, they see the forest for the trees and understand that this “Anybody but Obama!” mantra is complete and utter bullshit! Yes, Obama is shit as president and this isn’t in any way being written in defense of him but to think that anyone could just walk onto the job and do better is fucking moronic and completely careless. It just goes to show how clueless a lot of these damn dolts are. The fact that the roadside was decorated with Mitt Romney signs further proves my point. You see, even just a few months ago, these Tea Party people – while screaming, “Anybody but Obama!” – were adamantly opposed to Mitt Romney. These tea-sippin’ geniuses clung onto every other candidate that wasn’t Romney in an effort to get someone to the top of the heap. Then again, for the most part, the vast majority of the Tea Partiers didn’t give Ron Paul a real shot at the top. Everyone else got their day though: Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum. Hell, even Jon Huntsman gained some key delegates early in the voting process. However, during this long and arduous game of pass the hot potato, no one gave it to the only guy who actually practices what these hypocritical hobbits preach. Again, as I’ve pointed this out countless times, Dr. Paul gave birth to the Tea Party but the group that exists now is just the Tea Party In Name Only. So I guess “Anybody but Obama!” doesn’t include the only guy who could statistically beat Obama. This is why Republicans continue to fail and why the Tea Party is deader than shit. These people don’t want a real solution to the things that they bitch and complain about. What they want is for a Republican victory over the Democratic led progressive machine. I guess the fact that the guy that all these anti-Obamanoids are now rallying around is also a progressive doesn’t really seem to matter. You see, these people are the establishment and they are a part of the problem. Their goal is soulless and their aim is bullshit. Now that the smoke is starting to clear, these people are lining up behind Mitt Romney, the guy they all talked shit about for years. The same guy who provided the model for Obamacare in Romneycare. You know, Obamacare – the issue that got these people so up in arms just 24 months ago! So why do they now support this guy? Because the Tea Party has been co-opted and taken over by sheep and shepherds who don’t understand that they are really just sheep as well. These people, who are typically glued to the O’Reilly Factor and Rush Limbaugh day-to-fucking-day, don’t have the aptitude for politics that they believe they do. They’re malleable idiots being shaped and formed by the pontificating jackturds who speak to them from the other side of a speaker or screen where the words they utter are manufactured by a sinister agenda fueled by corporatist pigs and an unrelenting all-too-powerful two party system. This isn’t conspiracy theorist lunacy, it is facts – plain and simple. To deny it only solidifies your ignorance. To not question everything and educate yourself just shows that you give way too much trust over to people you do not know who only have their own best interests at heart. And this just really goes back to my earlier comment about the Tea Party’s complete lack of real vigilance. If the Tea Party was as vigilant as they claimed they were and if they stood for the principles plastered across their signs, they’d have already put several of their heroes’ feet to the fire. I don’t have to look much further than my own state of Florida to give examples of Tea Party sweethearts who have proven to be nothing more than progressive neocon establishment bitches. Marco Rubio, a senator from Florida who many Tea Partiers want to run alongside Romney, has been fiscally irresponsible, supported unconstitutional war, tried to limit the freedom of speech, supported pro-police state legislation across the board and committed many other heinous acts that should completely disqualify him from being a Tea Party superstar. Allen West, a Florida congressman, has also voted almost consistently in-line with Rubio while sitting on the House side of Congress. Then there’s Michele Bachmann, who is just a complete mess and a retched dingbat, as well as Herman Cain who proved that giving deals on pizza toppings doesn’t make you knowledgeable enough to become president. The long list of Tea Party politicians that stormed the steps of Congress two years ago have gone on to perpetuate the madness they ran against while still gaining the approval of the intellectually lazy Tea Party majority. As I drove by the event this past Saturday, I did notice a few young people holding up a giant Ron Paul banner. Those kids get my respect and at least there are a few sane people left in a sea of bad apples. While their valiant effort was dwarfed by the overabundance of Romney propaganda, they did look like the only people there who were actually enjoying themselves. Then again, the ex-soccer moms and their obedient husbands, whose kids are now adults and moved out of the house, did show a wee bit of energy waving their “Anybody but Obama!” signs from the comfort of their overpriced and overly-stylized lawn chairs. They probably don’t want to overexert themselves like the three youngsters with the Ron Paul banner however, as their senior entitlements may soon run dry. Who’s fault is that really? I understand that there are people, some who I am still friends with, that feel it is necessary to play this Tea Party game. The truth is, it’s a waste of time. The real movement is dead and has been dead for quite awhile. Even if it could magically be brought back to its early glory, it would still be associated with the Tea Party name and just like the words “liberal” and “conservative” before it, the name “Tea Party” has been so bastardized and abused that there is no coming back from the shitty abyss it has sunk to. Fuck these giant corporately co-opted groups. It’s time for people to be self-educated, self-starting, self-thinking individuals again and let the bullshit die. Find your own path and don’t be swayed and if you come across those who share your principles and your beliefs, embrace them. Just stay truly vigilant and don’t let them piss all over the dream and leave it a urine-soaked carcass not even worthy of being kicked around for sport. At least the Occupy Wall Street movement had the sense to tell corporate sponsorship to fuck off. With that, they get more respect from me than the Tea Party, who has continually compromised their principles and values because one really doesn’t have those things when they are just adopted from what some billionaire pundit has dictated to his obedient flock. If you people were really worried about the state of this country, you’d do something about it. Something real, something that actually mattered! However, that starts with getting off of your asses and doing your own self-educating. And yes, I’m talking to all you people with stacks of books with the names Beck, O’Reilly, Limbaugh, Levin, Savage, Coulter, Ingraham and Hannity scrawled across their spines. Maybe it’s time to trade those in for books with the names Mises, Rothbard, Hazlitt, Hayek, Friedman, Sowell, Rockwell and Paul on them. What’s the worst that could happen? You might actually learn something, gain my respect and be a lot less of a fucking tool. |

Ayatollah Santorum the Sanctimonious(2) In a January 18 interview with Glenn Beck Rick Santorum decided to compare his view of the Constitution with that of Ron Paul. His statements can only be described as delusional and totalitarian. Santorum first claimed to have read an eighteenth-century dictionary that defined happiness as “to do the morally right thing.” This is how the founding fathers defined happiness, he said. This is Santorum’s definition of “happiness,” not the founding fathers. It’s a good bet he is lying when claiming to have read an eighteenth-century dictionary. (But I suppose anything is possible with a man who brought his deceased infant home who died two hours after birth and slept with it after showing it to his children, as Santorum admits to have done). The freedom to do whatever you want to do – as long as you do not harm anyone else or interfere in their equal freedom – would “lead to libertinism and lead to chaos” said Sanctimonious Santorum, who has also pledged to do what he can to put an end to contraception if elected president. Contraception changes “the way things ought to be,” he says. Santorum is self assured that he, and he alone, understands “the way things ought to be” and pledges to use the powers of the state to forcefully impose his “understanding” on the entire country. But the founding fathers are known as champions of freedom, are they not? But what kind of freedom? According to Santorum, who apparently fancies himself as an historian, freedom in America means “the freedom to do what you ought to do – what you are properly ordered to do [by a politician like himself] – as someone living a good, decent, and ordered life” (emphasis added). “That’s the differentiation that I believe Ron Paul and I have with respect to what liberty is,” said Santorum. To Rick Santorum, “freedom” means doing what government “properly” orders you to do, as long as government is controlled by good, proper, moral people like himself, the K-Street lobbyist for the Pennsylvania coal mining industry (and anyone else who will pay his huge fees for influence peddling). This is not the view of the American founding fathers, as Santorum claims. It is more likely to have been the mindset of the founders of the Soviet Union, not the American union. It is the mindset of the neoconservatives whose founding members were, after all, Trotskyite communists. This includes the self-described “godfather” of neoconservatism, the late Irving Kristol, who reveled in talking about his youthful Trotskyite roots. If Santorum really wanted to know how the founding fathers defined freedom he would not make up imaginary, two-century old dictionary entries but would read what the founders actually said. A good place to start would be Thomas Jefferson’s first inaugural address where he stated: “[A] wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government . . .” It is hard to imagine that Jefferson, the author of the 1786 Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom that strongly opposed the governmental imposition of any religious views on anyone while defending religious liberty in general, would have admired an Uber-Catholic Theocrat like Santorum. For government to compel a man to support a religious cause with which he disbelieves, wrote Jefferson, is “sinful and tyrannical.” When Ron Paul says that such victimless crimes as prostitution or smoking pot should be decriminalized, says Santorum, “that’s not the moral foundation of our country,” once again pretending to be The Expert on the thinking of the founding fathers. There’s one problem with Santorum’s historical revisionism, however. Prostitution was in fact pervasive in Colonial America. Prostitutes traveled with George Washington’s army, serving as nurses and cooks as well as prostitutes. In fact, there were no laws in America banning prostitution until Massachusetts enacted the first one in 1917. (The 1910 “Mann Act,” named after Congressman James Mann, prohibited “white slavery” for the purpose of prostitution). Federal laws against prostitution were first enacted after women got the right to vote and immediately outlawed prostitution in the vicinity of military bases when their husbands and boyfriends were off serving in the military. In other words the founding fathers agreed with Ron Paul, not Rick Santorum, on personal liberty issues. America is “not just a collection of freedoms,” said the insufferably sanctimonious Santorum. It is, instead, a collection of orders from the state defining what “proper” behavior is. Stalin himself could not have said it better. January 20, 2012 Source: Lew Rockwell. Written by Thomas J. Bain Capital Owns Clear Channel (Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, Etc.)Comments Off Wouldn’t it be great if a Republican presidential candidate could just buy the support of just about every major conservative talk show host in America? Well, it may not be as far-fetched as you may think. Clear Channel owns more radio stations (850) than anyone else in the United States. They also own Premiere Radio Networks, the company that syndicates the radio shows of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck, among others. Needless to say, Clear Channel basically owns conservative talk radio in the United States. So who owns Clear Channel? Well, it turns out that Bain Capital is one of the primary owners of Clear Channel. Yes, you read that correctly. The company that Mitt Romney ran for so long is one of the “big bosses” over virtually all conservative talk radio in America. Of course Mitt Romney is not running Bain Capital anymore. He is a “retired partner”, but he still has a huge financial stake in Bain Capital. We’re talking about millions upon millions of dollars. If you doubt this, just check out page 34 of this public financial disclosure report. So if you have been wondering why so many conservative talk show hosts are being so incredibly kind to Mitt Romney, this just might be the answer. In the media world, there is a clear understanding that you simply do not bite the hand that feeds you. Some of the most prominent conservative talk radio hosts are earning tens of millions of dollars a year. If you were making tens of millions of dollars a year, wouldn’t you be very careful to avoid offending your boss? The deal in which Bain Capital became one of the owners of Clear Channel was initiated just a short time before Mitt Romney’s first run for president. The following comes from Wikipedia….
The deal was finalized in 2008. Today, Bain Capital is still one of the primary owners of Clear Channel. One of the subsidiaries of Clear Channel is Premiere Radio Networks. Premiere Radio Networks distributes a whole host of conservative talk radio shows. Everyone in the conservative world knows names such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck. Clear Channel also controls some other conservative talk radio hosts (such as Michael Savage and Mark Levin) that are not part of the Premiere Radio family. The power that Premiere Radio Networks has is absolutely staggering. The following is directly from the official Clear Channel website….
So do you think that any of those hosts is going to risk viciously attacking Mitt Romney and Bain Capital during this election season? Not likely. One of the controversies that has plagued Premiere Radio Networks in recent years has been the uproar over their use of paid actors to call in to their radio shows. The following comes from Wikipedia….
So perhaps that explains where some of the “Romney callers” come from. There is nothing illegal about what Romney and Bain Capital have done, but it sure does not pass the “smell test”. Conservative talk radio has the potential to sway millions of conservative voters in one direction or another, and it is just not proper for Bain Capital and Romney to have such an overpowering financial interest in conservative talk radio. And yes, Mitt Romney is still bringing in lots of money from Bain Capital. The following comes from a Wikipedia article about Mitt Romney….
In addition, Bain Capital and Bain & Company continue to pour huge amounts of money into Romney’s campaign coffers. Just check out the following list of the biggest donors to the Romney campaign. These numbers come from opensecrets.org…. Goldman Sachs $367,200 As with anything, whenever you want to get to the real truth you just need to follow the money. Earlier this week, Sean Hannity told Rick Perry that his attacks on Mitt Romney’s time at Bain Capital sounded like something that “Occupy Wall Street” would say. Just the other day, Rush Limbaugh compared Rick Perry to Fidel Castro and rabidly defended Mitt Romney on his radio program….
So why are these conservative talk show hosts defending Mitt Romney so furiously? I think now we know. It is all about the money. When you have enough money, you can get conservative talk show hosts to promote an extremely liberal candidate. Yes, of course Bain Capital does not “control” what these talk show hosts say. Yes, of course some of the talk show hosts toss some light criticism at Romney from time to time. But they simply do not go after Romney like they should be. The truth is that Mitt Romney is really a Democrat that is masquerading as a Republican. When you closely examine his record, he is very similar to Obama. There is no way in the world that any self-respecting conservative should ever cast a single vote for him. But right now Mitt Romney is running away with the race for the Republican nomination. If Republicans can be fooled this badly, is there any hope for the future of the Republican Party? Source: The American Dream. |

The Diseased Naysayers(1)
I swear, I just can’t get away from writing about the Republican primary. It’s as if it has fucking possessed me and left me ignorant of all other current events and newsworthy tidbits that could use the benefit of my unique critique. I should really be looking into and writing about the whole SOPA tyranny that is going on right now. Whatever, I’m focused on these goddamned Iowa caucuses, as they are just a few days away and they are, as I’ve said in several pieces I’ve written, an extremely pivotal stop on the campaign trail. Besides, all these bourbon fueled rants the last few days have been pretty brief. Now I’ve spent my last few articles breaking down the establishment’s attempts at discrediting Ron Paul as well as planting the seeds that the Iowa caucuses might be compromised if Paul were to win. Well, I figured I would have to also write about the end results of these tactics, that being the effect this is having on the brains of the morons who take everything these heinous talking heads say to heart. You know, the people who can only form their opinion after Bill O’Reilly, Rush Limbaugh or some other intellectually lazy windbag has expressed their faux distaste over whatever it is that will help drive up their ratings if they rant about it. I was sitting in a local Irish pub, not even an hour ago, enjoying some Irish whiskey, a tall pint of Boddington’s Pub Ale as well as one of the greatest bacon cheeseburgers a man can buy in southwest Florida. Unfortunately, my excursion into utter ecstasy was thwarted by five know-it-all bastards in Brooks Brothers jackets wearing “Vote GOP” pins on their lapels. You know the type, just your typical Republican fat cat whales that make stereotypes hard to ignore and hold the entire party back because they always remind people that this breed of neocon beast will always be pulling the strings regardless of what seems to be influencing the political climate at the moment. Now these idiots aren’t the sort of GOPers that actually call shots and live up to the hype of looking like they are some sort of campaign boss for some sort of Richard Nixon wannabe pretending he’s Ronald Reagan trying to run for a state congressional seat. No, these are the guys that want to be those guys. These guys know jack shit about politics, other than what has been vomited in their direction so many times that some sort of idea about something has seeped into their jellyfish brains simply because of repetition. These are the worst kind of establishment sycophants and unfortunately there are more of them than people that are actually independent thinkers. This is why the super-pundits can get away with spreading around so much bullshit because there are too many people that are unable to see through it and think for themselves. We’re in a shit load of fucking trouble when people are so goddamned daft that they can be so easily duped by some spastic assclown simply for the fact that they are on the television or the radio spewing their laughable madness. So anyway, these jackturds at the bar were sitting there, watching Megyn Kelly on Fox News talk about the caucuses. Megyn didn’t say anything that would’ve set these douches off but out of nowhere, one of these slimes started going off about Ron Paul. Now this guy was pretty much yelling at the top of his lungs at anyone that was within earshot and maybe even just a little further. He was slamming Paul and really, just restating what his heroes have been spitting at him again and again throughout the election, especially the last week or so. After his ten minute tirade of bullshit against Paul he then shouted this statement: “The only people that can save us now are Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich!” The better part of me wanted to just sit there and not say anything, then there is that other part of me, that very opinionated infantile part, that feels that if you are bludgeoning everyone in the room over the head with your asshole argument then you deserve to be castrated and slapped across the face with your mangled nuts. I chose the infantile approach and let this douchebag have it. The other four shitbags that were cheering this moron on, immediately shut the fuck up and just stared down at their drinks: fucking chumps. I explained to the guy, albeit in a very calm calculated way, how he was wrong about Paul. The guy got incredibly hostile and basically insulted me and called me a “racist” and a “bigot” for supporting Paul. This same guy referred to Herman Cain as a “know-nothing nigger” five minutes earlier. In retrospect, it is this guy’s bigotry that probably really set me off more than than his general idiocy in regards to Ron Paul, foreign policy and economics. Truth be told, I really hate even typing the n-word but as shocking as it may have been for you to read it, imagine how shocking it was to hear shouted out in a bar full of patrons just trying to enjoy their lunch. So yeah, I’m the racist one in the conversation. The guy went on to call me a “fucking idiot” and a “moron” and insulted me over and over without any type of real discussion on the issue at hand. This asshole could not defend himself against my logical and reasonable argument, backed by facts and knowledge. All he could do is throw a tantrum and go ape shit, further making himself look like a madman. It got to the point when his troupe of joiners had looks of mortified terror colorfully painted across their faces. The asshole lost his audience but all that did was anger him more. In fact, two of his four homies threw cash on the bar and walked out. Hopefully they have the wherewithal to recognize this guy’s idiocy and maybe, just maybe, they might have heard some of my argument and been swayed towards reality. Probably not though, I think they were just scared of the raised voices and heated rhetoric. Cockroaches run when you light up the room. Before things got even crazier, the cook came out from the back, walked over and told the guy that he had to leave immediately. He told him that there would be no racist remarks and shouting in his bar. The guy resisted and the large Irishman clamped down on the bastard’s arm and neck, dragging him outside like a child about to be spanked. The bartender walked over to me, gave me some props and poured me a Guinness. I drank the beverage, paid for my burger and booze and left the bar. Like a story with a perfect ending, I pulled out of the parking lot and noticed an accident just up the street. As I approached slowly, due to everyone in front of me breaking their necks trying to see some sort of carnage only to be disappointed, I noticed that there was a guy hunched over the trunk of a police car being handcuffed. When the cops pulled the guy up, it was the damn bigoted bastard who was yelling in the bar! I don’t know if he caused the accident and got unruly with the cops or whomever but he was being taken to jail. We made eye contact as I was passing in my car and the dipshit flipped out and started spitting on the window of the squad car from the inside. I’m sure, seeing as that he had four beverages within the previous hour, he probably got a DUI. At the end of the day, at least this piece of crap is off the streets.. for tonight anyway. Now I am not saying that this guy sums up everyone that listens to the mainstream anti-mainstream media and takes all their words to heart but he is definitely not the first prick of this sort I have come across. Hell, they’ve been coming out of the woodwork the last few weeks and frankly, I’m tired of these uninformed snakes that are so sure that they “get it” when they are so far from reality that they might as well be riding unicorns and smoking pixie dust out of goblin skulls. I’ve actually done that once but it was brought on by an overindulgence of psilocybin and some really old quaaludes. It also didn’t help that I was rubbing oven cleaner on my gums. This wasn’t written to discredit anyone with a different opinion than my own, in fact I love a nice healthy debate – especially ones where I learn something and can see something from a different view. This definitely wasn’t that sort of debate. Hell, it wasn’t a debate. With this, I just wanted to share my personal experience in dealing with a militant shithead because as I’ve said, they are everywhere right now. The worst part about this guy is that he kept referring to himself as a “constitutional conservative”. I have come to learn that that description of one’s self has been co-opted by doublethinking dimwitted cretins who actually believe that the Constitution somehow supports the ideas and principles that they moronically and wholeheartedly believe in. Get away from groups and people telling you how you are supposed to think, stop being too busy to read a book and most importantly start thinking for yourself based off of the knowledge you gain through your travels, not the “knowledge” spoon-fed to you by these wicked trolls that benefit the most from the country being in shambles. Wake up America.. or don’t. Either way it is probably too late. |

The Monsters March on Iowa, Part I: The Ron Paul Smear(3)
Like a classical masterpiece, we are currently riding on a massive crescendo towards a major climax that will be as epic as a tsunami wave smashing against a rocky shore. We are now less than a week away from the Iowa caucuses and shit is heating up so fast that bruised egos are clawing and scratching and those who actually represent truth, logic and reason are being torn apart by their rivals and even the media, who apparently doesn’t support their message of liberty. The savages, monsters and lying bastards have rolled up their sleeves, sharpened their claws and are ready to stop at nothing to force these caucuses to go their way, even if it means eating their own. The Republican Party has turned into ravenous cannibals hellbent on devouring anyone and anything that stands in the way of their golden child’s rise to power. Since before this election even began, the mainstream media – especially Fox News, has pounded over our head how important the Iowa caucuses are. We’ve been told that the candidate who wins in Iowa will most likely win the primaries and go on to claim the Republican nomination for president. We’ve been told that the winner is immediately the front runner and that anyone else that finishes behind this person, might as well throw the towel in because the uphill battle to recover would be incredibly hard. The last two people that have become presidents, Bush II and Obama, both won Iowa. In fact, they both won Iowa and lost New Hampshire, which is considered to be the second biggest win a candidate could get in the primaries. Essentially, Iowa is where it’s at and we all know that.. or do we? It’s funny how things change when the one guy that the Republican Party and the mainstream media loathes is now the front runner in that state, just before this pivotal event. The media and the other candidates are out to destroy Ron Paul. Being a Paul supporter, I have been very aware and watchful of all the smears that have been brought forth in numerous attempts to discredit the man and truthfully, these failed attempts just make Paul’s campaign stronger as his support magnifies under the blatant lies told by these establishment cockpuppets. However, never has Ron Paul’s opposition been so vehemently malicious towards him. Why are they coming at him harder than ever? Well, they are scared fucking shitless that this man could actually win this thing! That’s right, Ron Paul, as things stand right now, could win the Republican nomination and go on to face Barack Obama for the American throne. Why are these Republican and conservative pundits shitting their breeches over this man’s success and not championing him in like all the other flavors of the week? Well, it is quite obvious that Dr. Paul does not represent the agenda of the Republican Party, at least not the modern Republican Party. What Ron Paul represents is the Constitution. All these other candidates also claim to represent the Constitution but based off of the things that they say, these candidates are either liars or they have no idea what the Constitution actually says. Maybe they just interpret it in their own way. Maybe being a constitutionalist is like being a Christian in that there are now all of these different denominations because no one can agree on how the words of this sacred document should be translated. Michele Bachmann, the Tea Party princess, is always putting the Constitution on a pedestal but when it comes down to really following it, she is quick to disregard it in order to fulfill the bullshit GOP agenda of putting a stranglehold on individual rights and going to war with distant nations without congressional discussion and approval. This is just a small example and she is not the only hypocrite here. If Ron Paul wins the election, the Republican Party can no longer get away with the bullshit that they do now. Sure there will always be the vile progressive neocon sect trying to “modernize” the party and forcibly change the rhetoric and ideals of the GOP, such as Newt Gingrich. However, Ron Paul will show us all that there is a much better way of doing things whether it is economic or dealing with our current plethora of foreign entanglements. If Ron Paul can do the things he is promising to do, when they work, the critics and the know-it-all assholes will look like the clueless dolts that they actually are. The fear-mongering will have been proven to be just second-rate scare tactics used to control the public into supporting these pointless wars as well as giving up their liberty for a false sense of ineffective security. Professional entertainers like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and others of their ilk will be left with egg on their face and this scares the shit out of them. They have spent the last four-to-five years attacking Ron Paul and true libertarian ideals while pimping out candidates that will only perpetuate the current nightmare. Truth be told, when liberals are running the country, the ratings for Rush, Hannity and Fox News go through the roof. In essence, Obama puts a ton of money in these people’s pockets. While they bitch about the guy, they are making serious fucking bank. When the GOP runs shit, their listeners drop off. Am I saying that they are working towards another agenda that isn’t really focused on ousting Obama? That’s for you to decide but when their big business is driven by the bottom line at the end of the day, one has to seriously wonder. Besides, these people have never really proven to have all that much integrity or loyalty to anything. Now the only thing they can even pin on Ron Paul, which isn’t working by the way, is this whole racist newsletter “scandal”. First of all, the letter was written over twenty years ago and it wasn’t written by Ron Paul. I understand the fact that people are concerned because it was published and apparently Ron Paul wasn’t aware of it being in his newsletter until after the fact but c’mon, is this really all you can throw at the guy? Everyone else in this race for the GOP nomination has espoused some form of bigotry, except for Gary Johnson and Jon Huntsman. Shit, every time any of these assholes start bashing illegal aliens or start talking about wiping muslims off of the face of the Earth, they are showing their true colors. The people trying to crucify Ron Paul on this ancient obscure finding are the same hypocritical assholes who defended Herman Cain’s magician of a penis after over a dozen women came forward with sexual harassment allegations. Which scandal is really worse? Hell, which scandal is more plausible? Shit, Rick Santorum is a self-hating closet homosexual but no one seems to be blasting him for that! Then again no one cares because he has about as much chance at winning this race as Justin Bieber has at winning a tough man competition. I’m really just sick at how much the media is attacking this man. They have gone as far as to say that if Ron Paul wins the Iowa caucuses that it doesn’t count. Instead, they say that you need to look at who got second place or third because they are the true front runners. What the fuck? Really? So now, after we’ve been told repeatedly that the Iowa winner would most likely win the nomination, it suddenly doesn’t matter where Ron Paul finishes. The guy currently leading in most polls in Iowa is still being called “unelectable”, even though he is a 12 term congressman and garnering the most support from the masses. This guy who’s got, by far, the most passionate supporters, one of the strongest campaigns and the ability to raise millions on a whim is still unelectable. Any victory he may have is just brushed aside like it is some sort of bullshit fluke. This is fucking madness! The real bullshit is that these pundits, journalists and shit-eating talking heads are doing everything they can to sway this election. They are trying their damnedest to convince YOU that Ron Paul just can’t win. Well, in 1976 everyone said that Jimmy Carter couldn’t win the nomination for the Democratic Party and he did. He then went on to beat Gerald Ford and become president. In 1980 they said that Reagan couldn’t beat the first Bush in the primaries. Reagan did and then he went on to beat Jimmy Carter and become president. In 1992 Bill Clinton was polling at around one percent against all the other candidates in the Democratic Party. When the smoke cleared, Bill Clinton won the nomination and then went on the defeat President Bush, who was heavily favored to win. Many say that Clinton beat Bush because of Ross Perot’s involvement in the race but fuck that, he still won and defied the odds. History has often times favored the unelectable underdog, especially in United States presidential elections. History has also proven time and time again that more often than not, most of these pundits are full of shit. As of right now, the odds for Ron Paul are looking better and better and this is why the monsters have come out. Don’t be influenced by these assholes. Follow your heart and make your decision based off of who best represents your principles and your beliefs. Don’t throw your vote away on someone else because these establishment jackturds are trying to convince you that Paul can’t win. Well, technically they are right if people continue to swallow their bullshit and don’t vote for Paul. Now if you truly want Ron Paul to win but you cast your vote for someone else because you are afraid that these pundits are right, then you have just thrown away your voice and deserve whatever tyrant you helped put in power. The best thing that you can do is to turn off your television and your radio and to form your opinion yourself. When so much time is focused on bashing a man who is about to achieve what we have always been told is an epic feat, you have to know that something is fundamentally wrong with the people who are pulling no punches in an attempt to suddenly convince you otherwise. The fact that Newt Gingrich basically said that he would vote for Obama over Paul should show you how demented that sack of shit is. Whatever happened to that mantra “anyone but Obama!”? I guess you’re supposed to throw it out the window when that “anyone” is the only guy left that is telling the truth. |

Throwback Thursday: The Era of CivilityComments Off
Lately, talk show hosts, politicians and know-it-all politificionados have been in an uproar over the political rhetoric that is used against one another. These pimps of political correctness and sensitivity are boo-hoo-hooing over the fact that anything that can somehow be related to combat, guns or war simply has no place in political rhetoric. What these tear-soaked turd munchers fail to realize is that we’re a pretty toned down society compared to where we once were. That doesn’t matter to them though because they don’t really study history, they just blow unjustified and inaccurate claims out of their tired lame rosy asses. They are calling for an “era of civility” just like in the days of yesteryear. It’s time to man up and face reality kiddies! Introduction: The Giffords shooting brought all of this out into the forefront. Every libtard maroon from the Beltway to Dagobah was in a bitch and rant session about how evil Sarah Palin was for having crosshairs on her website, even though liberal campaign king Bob Beckel admitted to inventing the crosshairs imagery for “targeting” districts back in the 1990′s. Of course the liberal websites that used that symbolism are not under fire because it is the conservative side of the line that is evil. Never mind that the fucking kid was a psycho shitbag that didn’t even have a real political ideology that made a lick of sense. But the conservatives are to blame because liberals are perfect. I’m a libertarian by the way, but libsnots lump us in with the conservatives because they don’t pay attention to anything other than making unicorns with their own poop. Anyway, my rhetoric here is salty, I hope I’m not “shooting” myself in the foot already. I wouldn’t want to prematurely go to “war” with anyone who may have me in their “sights” before I can fully “hit” my point with the accuracy of a “sharpshooter”. I don’t want to get involved in a “crossfire” debate or anything over my rhetoric. I’m trying to tone it down here without “taking shots” at anyone specific, as I don’t want that to be interpreted into my calling for violence against a specific “target”. I think I’m failing at this already. Maybe I should “reload” and start over. Shit, I can’t get away from it! Point is, this talk of how people should talk is fucking retarded. I’m not talking Leo DiCaprio in ‘Gilbert Grape’ retarded, I’m talking all out completely redonkulous people that listen to Black Eyed Peas retarded! Get the fuck over it homies and move on! Stop pointing the finger at everyone other than the dude that did the evil deed. Jared Loughner is responsible for the shooting not Sarah fucking Palin and Glenn assclown Beck! Muthafuckas is always looking for someone to blame besides the one who is to blame. Now apart from my four paragraph rant, I want to show these libsicles why we are much more civilized than previous eras in this country. We aren’t on a path towards destruction in regards to our language, symbolism and expression. If anything, we’ve come a hell of a long fucking way than where we were in the days of our Founding Fathers. You think those cats were civil? Well then you must be smoking angeldust and rubbing heroin on your gums. Let me tell you about a crazy muthafucka named Aaron Burr, who was one of our many Founding Fathers. Newt Gingrich: Dark Lord of DoomComments Off
Now I have often times given Newt Gingrich props in my critiques of the numerous debates that have been hitting television screens nearly once a week, and in some cases more, since earlier this year. I’ve often referred to him as the “Honey Badger” due to the fact that he was at the bottom of the barrel when he entered the race but through his ferocity, fire and heart has clawed his way through the competition and proved that he is probably the best debater in the game today. Newt is a fucking wordsmith and perfectly capable of handing Obama his ass if they were ever to go head-to-head. However, as exciting as he is to watch and as bad ass as he can seem when smacking some toad moderator for belching a “gotcha” question at him, Newt does have a track record that is horrendous and many of his positions, when really looked at, paint the man as a wannabe dictator vying for the American throne so he can impose his tyrannical will on us under the false guise of liberty, freedom and security. This guy has grown on me, as far as his debate skills go, but I still would never vote for him or brush aside his incredibly awful baggage. Newt who likes to throw the term “enemy combatant” around must fail to realize that he is an enemy combatant of the Constitution. Now I know one of the biggest criticisms of Mr. Gingrich is his infidelity and the fact that he served his wife with divorce papers while she was in the hospital. As I’ve stated elsewhere, I don’t really care about such things when it comes to the job of being a political leader. It doesn’t excuse Newt’s actions and he is still a bag of shit for it but as long as he can do the job, I’m not too concerned with his slippery prick. Besides, honey badgers are animals and therefore cannot help behaving like animals. Newt is, in many ways, the worst kind of animal. Besides, focusing on his dick’s misadventures is what the mainstream media is doing because they are pulling at the morality strings of the undersexed over-religious GOP voter base and thus distracting from the real issue: Newt’s bi-polar record. This establishment bastard has been in the game for so long, I don’t feel like I need to really dig all that deep in finding questionable acts to stick to this man. Unlike my critiques on Herman Cain and Rick Perry, this piece doesn’t need to pull back the layers and expose the leech covered sores. Newt wears these disgusting lesions proudly and so many people don’t even seem to care! Some of these people that are defending and supporting this monster are the very same Tea Party people who claim they are against Newt’s specific type of evil. I guess this is what happens when you allow your movement to be overcome and dictated to by primetime talking heads who spew nothing less than concentrated idiocy and establishment gibberish under the guise of freedom, liberty and “fiscal conservatism”. And when these overpaid overly-opinionated ass clowns are the top spokespeople for the cable news network that employs Newt Gingrich, you can expect a special sort of bullshit being rolled up and served to the easily influenced Tea Party majority. Not to go off on a separate tangent but I truly miss the Tea Party that was created by Ron Paul’s 2008 campaign. Yes, Ron Paul created the Tea Party. The same Tea Party that pretty much loathes his ideas in favor of the same old, tired, never-worked establishment Republican policies that got us into this fucking mess to begin with. Yes, a mess these people bitch about yet continue to perpetuate by supporting anyone else in the GOP primary that isn’t Ron Paul, Gary Johnson or Jon Huntsman. Johnson got so sick of this goddamned idiocy that he left the party and has now joined up with the Libertarian Party. If Paul doesn’t get the GOP nomination, Johnson will be the one getting my vote in November. I refuse to choose the lesser of two bastards any longer. Hell, I refuse to even entertain the idea that political parties even mean anything or stand for something anymore. All they stand for is toeing the line and maintaining power, by any means necessary. Well, when you have a large pile of red shit and a large pile of blue shit, it’s time to wipe your ass and flush them both. Getting back to Newt, someone recently posted a comment on a poll I put up on my website TheSwash.com. The comment listed dozens of negatives that Newt Gingrich has on his record. Now I am not going to run through all of them but I will mention some. I truly hope that most of you reading these words that I am frantically typing like the over-caffeinated jackrabbit I am right now, already know the majority of this information. As I’ve said, this dickhead has been in the spotlight for far too long and his shitty record is widely known. For those who aren’t aware, prepare to swallow some bitter pills, especially if you are a supporter of this two-bit cockroach. Going back to 1987, when Mr. Gingrich was just a congressman and not yet Speaker of the House, he co-sponsored the Fairness in Broadcasting Act of 1987 (H.R. 1934). This bill wasn’t just unconstitutional, it was anti-constitutional. The original Fairness Doctrine was introduced by the FCC in 1949 and its purpose was to force the holders of broadcast licenses (according to Wikipedia) “..to both present controversial issues of public importance and to do so in a manner that was, in the Commission’s view, honest, equitable and balanced.” In essence, radio and television stations were made to follow these guidelines regardless of whatever it was that they wanted to present. This was an attack on the First Amendment. In fact, even the FCC saw this eventually and they voted 4-0 to abolish it in 1987. Unfortunately, Newt Gingrich co-sponsored the bill that would bring this tyranny back to broadcasting and in the end Congress passed the bill. Luckily for us, Ronald Reagan grabbed his pen and vetoed the shit out of it. Then in 1991, the first Bush vetoed another attempt at bringing back the Fairness Doctrine from Newt and his anti-Constitution cronies. Also in 1991, Newt Gingrich voted for an amendment that would have created a national police force. Newt has always been a pimp for the police state. Between this attempt at disregarding the Constitution, once again, and his undying love for tyrannical nonsense like the PATRIOT Act, Mr. Gingrich wants us all to be ruled over by an iron fist. It also doesn’t help that he continually preaches to us about all of the “threats” out there who want to kill us because we’re free. Newt’s fear-mongering insanity knows no bounds and it is all really just a smokescreen to coerce the easily duped public into thinking that we need to live behind a giant “protective” wall. A few years later, in 1993, he voted for the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act or NAFTA. This is a bill that also slaps the Constitution in the face as it wraps its clenched fist around the throat of American sovereignty. This bill essentially created a union between the United States, Canada and Mexico in a similar way to the European Union but not as widely known or publicized. First of all, the government can’t legislate free trade. That idea is Orwellian doublethink and doublespeak at its absolute finest! Free trade CANNOT be legislated, it has to be free of law to be free trade, that is common sense. No laws, restrictions or regulations over trade IS free trade. The whole NAFTA issue is something that deserves its own article as I do not have the time or the space to fully dissect it here without getting completely sidetracked and writing a piece that completely gets away from the point of this article. I will say this however, between the NAFTA madness, the police state insanity and the broadcasting bullshit, it isn’t hard to see what Mr. Gingrich’s true agenda is. For those unable to connect the dots thus far, Newt wants to control us all through fear so he and his crony colleagues can elevate themselves as our masters and rule over us lesser beings who need to be provided for and looked after. Newt Gingrich believes himself to be smarter than every last one of us and he believes that it is his destiny to manage us as he sees fit because we are too stupid and naive to be free. In 1994, He supported the GATT Treaty which gave sovereignty to the United Nations. Aha! Newt is a globalist shitcock! Now his previously mentioned power grabs are starting to make even more sense! You see, GATT or the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade attempted to create the International Trade Organization (ITO) but ultimately failed. Unfortunately for us, and UN countries all over the world, the ITO was the framework that in just a year’s time became the WTO or World Trade Organization: same damn thing, just better sounding name. At it’s core the WTO is unconstitutional, in fact it more or less vetoes the Constitution in that it is made up of multinational corporations out for their own interests at the expense of the citizens of all the nations forced to be involved in this charade. As with NAFTA, this whole bullshit mess needs its own piece written on it. The fact of the matter is, the four biggest legislative nightmares that Newt supported before even becoming Speaker of the House, are all attacks against the Constitution. Newt is NOT the Tea Party candidate, well unless the Tea Party is now just a marketing and propaganda tool of the establishment GOP. At this point, it is. Swallow that pill and accept it kiddos because that ship has already left the fucking harbor. You may have seen it floating by with Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Tim Pawlenty and Sarah Palin all waving from the stern as it went off into the sunset. Rick Perry and Mitt Romney were in a little dingy frantically rowing after them. What are some other tyrannical and questionable things that Newt has done? Well, in 1995 he said that drug smuggling should carry a death sentence. He later said that someone charged with having marijuana should be executed! In fact, he introduced H.R. 4170 which demanded a life-sentence or execution for someone bringing just two ounces of marijuana across the border! Is he fucking insane?! Between this and wanting to bomb everybody, Newt is so quick to want to murder people. Honey badgers must eat their own shit when they can’t find bees and cobras to dine on. In 1996, he tried to create his own CIA mission to kill off the Iranian leaders. You see, Gingrich has had it out for the Iranians since day one. Maybe he just isn’t a fear-monger, maybe he actually believes the bullshit he espouses. Then again, it was probably just for an oil grab. Also in 1996, he voted for and supported the largest increase ever on Federal education spending. Around this time he wrote the foreword to a book by Alvin and Heidi Toffler called “Creating a New Civilization: The Politics of the Third Wave”. That book’s premise was about how technological advancement would change civilization and because of that we needed to basically throw out the Constitution and the old ways and move forward into the future in new ways. It sounds compelling if you are an idiot. The new way proposed in this book is essentially the blueprints for a fascist world government. No thanks assholes. Southern Avenger Jack Hunter actually talks about the issue of Newt and the Tofflers in this great video. Always hating pro-constitutionalist Ron Paul, Newt actually used his power to help popular Democrat Greg Laughlin switch parties in an attempt to beat Republican Paul in the 1996 primaries for a congressional seat. The attempt failed but that doesn’t excuse Newt of trying to sabotage a fellow Republican by siding with a rival and abusing his power to help that rival against his own party. Newt is a fucking scumbag, only out for his own gain and if any of us oppose him, he will stop at nothing to try and destroy us. Truth be told, leading up to this incident, Newt Gingrich urged fellow Republicans to tone down their conservative views and to modernize going into the future. Newt has never really been a Republican or a conservative and, in his heart, apparently hates his party. Then again, so do many Republicans, which is why the party has turned into a shell of what it once was decades ago. Some other things worth mentioning about Newt after he was embarrassingly forced out of office for unethical penile conquests that cost him a record breaking $300,000 are some of the bullshit things he has said. In 2006 he said that, “Free speech should be curtailed in order to fight terrorism”. He also added that he wanted the terrorists to be blocked from using the Internet and said that we needed to have a “..serious debate about the 1st Amendment.” Gingrich then went on to call for a Geneva Convention for terrorists so that it would be clear and concise on who the Constitution did not apply to. He supported Bush’s proposal for mandatory carbon caps and went on to make a climate change commercial with Nancy Pelosi, one of the most vilest women the world has ever seen. He also lobbied for ethanol subsidies and suggested that Flex-Fuel vehicles be mandated for Americans. Gingrich has supported the TARP bailouts in the past. He was paid $300,000 by Freddie Mac to halt Congress from bringing necessary reform and thus, he benefitted from the tyranny that caused the housing bubble to burst. He calls for Singapore-style drug tests for Americans. He calls for us to attack Iran, North Korea and other nations. Newt wants us in perpetual war which sounds like he comes from the same mold as Big Brother in George Orwell’s “1984″. He opposes property rights, especially for the owner of the infamous mosque being built near Ground Zero in New York City. In fact, Mr. Gingrich has compared the mosque supporters to Nazis. Newt has even defended Romneycare in the past! He has said that a website owner, reporter or a blogger that promotes transparency at the expense of secrecy (in this case Julian Assange of Wikileaks) is an enemy combatant that needs to be hunted down and executed for publishing leaked government memos. There he goes trying to murder someone again! Maybe Newt hasn’t heard of the Pentagon Papers case that went before the Supreme Court in the early 1970′s which protects journalists from this sort of tyranny. Then again, Newt said very recently that, as president, he would ignore the Supreme Court if need be. Just this year alone, Newt has said that we are “losing the War on Terror” and that the conflict will last as long as the Cold War. He has flip-flopped on the Libyan situation again and again, depending upon who he is talking to and who he feels is listening. He says that America is being attacked by Islamic atheists.. huh?! He has taken credit for helping develop the model for Homeland Security. Yeah, that’s something to be proud of dude. He has criticized the United Nations several times recently because it is the popular thing to do now. Unfortunately, his record shows that he has done nothing but support the UN and their world government agenda since before he was even Speaker of the House. On medical issues, he claims to have no regrets in supporting Medicare drug coverage and he said that the GOP’s plan to cut back on Medicare, in an effort to control spending, was “too big a jump.” He supported individual health care mandates even more than Mitt Romney. He has even backed Obama’s individual mandate by saying, “All of us have a responsibility to help pay for health care.” In 1993, he endorsed individual mandates when the Clintons pushed for their brand of universal health care. As far as his campaign goes, one of his major video ads said that he wants to “find solutions together, and insist on imposing those solutions on those who do not want to change.” What?! His staff quit his campaign en masse several months ago. Amazingly he has bounced up to the top of the pack, although he is now falling back down. Maybe it is because his poorly managed campaign is over $1 Million in debt! The most laughable thing about his campaign is that he hired a company to create a fake Twitter profile to appear as if he had a solid following. But out of all his promises and crazy schemes, nothing is more scarier than the fact that he plans to sign as many as 200 executive orders on his first day as president! That would be the biggest abuse of power in a single day.. ever. Newt Gingrich is the last man that should be running for president. Personally, at this point, I could give two shits about the Republican Party. However, I do care about conservatives and libertarians. This guy is neither of those, he is at the very opposite end of the spectrum and to entertain the idea that he isn’t is foolhardy, careless and naive beyond any measurable calculation. Mr. Gingrich can talk his way out of any situation but so can the Devil. Whereas the Devil quotes scripture to dupe the masses, Gingrich talks of liberty and freedom. However, the reality is that Gingrich has no intention of promoting liberty and freedom, his only intention is to impose his will on all of us and to squash any of us who may speak out against him. Newt Gingrich wants us all to live in fear of all these “threats” but the biggest threat to our lives, our liberty, our freedom and our future is Mr. Gingrich himself. Don’t buy into the hype and keep this bastard at bay! |

Douchebag of the Week: Glenn BeckComments Off My Two Cents: Why is Glenn Beck the douchebag of the week? Well, after pretty much fading into obscurity, he is still making some noise after making the ridiculous statement that Rick Santorum is the next George Washington. I posted a story about it last week here. Funny thing is that this idiot calls himself a libertarian yet he made a fucking dumbass statement like that. C’mon cockpuppet, we know who is pulling your strings and it ain’t liberty. You may fool your 9-12 cult but you ain’t fooling the Swash. End Two Cents |
