Paul-Haters Plan KKK Stunt To Smear CongressmanComments Off Facebook activists discussed dressing up in Klan outfits as part of dirty tricks campaign to characterize Paul supporters as racist. A group of Ron Paul-hating Facebook activists were caught planning a smear attack on the presidential candidate, after they openly discussed dressing up as Ku Klux Klan members and appearing at Ron Paul campaign events in South Carolina in an attempt to frame Paul’s supporters as racists. Members of the ‘Stop Ron Paul 2012′ Facebook group posted a thread announcing a plan to stage a false flag against the Paul campaign by dressing up in racist garb and pretending they were Paul voters. “If you live in South Carolina and want to have some real fun with these Paulbots here is what we do- go online and buy or make your very own KKK robe, complete with hood (hood is important),” stated the post. “Then get some Ron Paul signs off the internet or make your own. Follow Paul around South Carolina and be sure to get photographed by the media. Again, hoods are important. All can be Klansmen for Paul. Black, white, Jewish, Asian- those Paulbots will shit a brick!” Although the thread was hastily deleted, a screenshots can be viewed below. Other members of the group liked the idea, with one commenting, “That is seriously a great idea! Anyone wanna volunteer???,” as another asked where they could acquire KKK robes. When one member objected to the idea, another responded, “Why not show the world the truth about the type on ilk that supporters Ron Paul?” – a bizarre exercise in circular logic given the fact that the Paul haters planning to stage the hoax wouldn’t need to dress up as racists if there were genuine Klan members who attended Paul’s campaign stops. Indeed, polls show Ron Paul is the most popular Republican amongst non-whites, debunking the myth that his campaign panders to racists. The man who started the thread urging fellow Paul-haters to post as Klan members, Jere Brower, has a history of defamation-ridden anti-Paul posts, claiming the Congressman wants to “legalize child prostitution” and is “against children going to school”. He has characterized Ron Paul supporters as “clinically insane,” while also trolling singer Kelly Clarkson’s Facebook page after she Tweeted her support for Paul last month. According to Brower’s LinkedIn page, he works for Google as a “Field Operations Specialist,” specializing in “Crisis management, social media, media relations, brand specialist, event planning, event management”. A former US Army Specialist (SPC), Brower is also a Herman Cain supporter. Browser now appears to have deleted his Facebook profile. Another advocate of the smear, Chris Collins, lists his former employer as HermanCain.com. Collins, who called the KKK plan a “seriously great idea,” also lists his activities as “Jackson County GOP”, “Tea Party Movement”, “Freemasonry”, and “Jefferson Georgia Tea Party Patriots”. This is the second time within the space of a week that Ron Paul has been targeted for underhanded dirty tricks. Last week we reported on how the media seized upon an anonymous You Tube video, purported to have been made by a Paul supporter, which offensively questioned Jon Huntsman’s patriotism because he has adopted Chinese and Indian daughters. The clip, which was cited to imply that Paul supporters were racist, was later analyzed by an independent company who discovered that the video “likely….came from a source within or closely tied to the Huntsman Campaign.” Rand Paul was also the target of a similar smear during his run for Kentucky Senator, when Obama campaign volunteer and long term Democratic operative Tyler Collins, a supporter of Paul’s opponent Jack Conway, tried to portray Paul’s supporters as racists by dressing up in a tin-foil hat and adopting a slack-jawed accent while carrying racist signs opposing illegal immigration. The Louisville Courier Journal even used footage of the man, portraying him as a legitimate Rand Paul supporter, in a video report about the event. It remains to be seen whether Ron Paul haters will go to such extreme lengths to deceptively smear the Congressman, but given the establishment media’s zeal to characterize Paul as a racist, don’t be surprised to see Brower and his cohorts on CNN or Fox News at some point this week. ********************* Paul Joseph Watson is the editor and writer for Prison Planet.com. Huntsman Supporters Admit Creating ‘Racist’ Video to Smear Ron Paul?Comments Off A Jon Huntsman forum appears to show Huntsman supporters bragging about how they created a racist anti-Huntsman ad that the media instantly attributed to Ron Paul supporters in order to smear Paul and his voters as extremists. However, the forum thread could just as easily be a satire, created by Ron Paul supporters, Huntsman voters, or someone with no interest in either candidate. The lesson to take away from it all is not to believe that one anonymous Internet post represents any one candidate or campaign, which is just what the establishment media did when they instantly seized upon the suspicious anti-Huntsman ad to smear Ron Paul voters and by extension Ron Paul himself as racist. The forum thread, entitled, ‘The paulbots are going crazy with our video’, states, “I cant believe how stupid these people are. As campaign insiders many of you are aware we created the fake video herehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZeVqj-t1U0 and made it look like it came from the ron paul people. This is a suprise it went viral. And the good news is paul is getting blamed for it.” “My goodness this is turning out better than expected. I was on the phone today with the campaign and they have another one coming out monday.” The moderator of the website expresses confusion about whether or not the post is legitimate, writing, “We’re still confused about the whole thing….We feel the the bottom line is..anyone can post a video to youtube claiming to represent a group, just like someone can post here claiming to represent a group.” The forum thread shows other apparent Huntsman supporters bragging about how the media fell for the fake video and blamed Ron Paul supporters, before others demand that the thread either be removed or hidden. Whether or not the thread is the work of Huntsman supporters, the fact remains that an independent web consulting firm which analyzed the anti-Huntsman ad on behalf of the Paul campaign concluded that it most likely was created by the Huntsman campaign itself. “In an analysis commissioned by Ron Paul’s presidential campaign, the web consulting firm CanDo.com presents a different hypothesis: that supporters of Huntsman’s campaign posted the video in an attempt to trigger a backlash against Paul,” reports Politico. The firm found that one of the first URL referrals to the video came from Jon2012.com, Huntsman’s campaign website, and that this likely originated from an internal Huntsman campaign email since the website itself contains no link to the video. “After researching the available evidence, we believe it is likely that the video came from a source within or closely tied to the Huntsman Campaign,” concludes the CanDo.com analysis. The analysis also found that the You Tube and Twitter accounts responsible for creating the video, NHLiberty4Paul, were created on the day the video was released, and no reference to the handle existed beforehand. Immediately before the video received media attention, Huntsman told CNN, “Tell Dr. Paul that I owe him a tweet in return and he should be expecting one sometime soon.” Whereas the establishment media treated the original claim that Ron Paul supporters were responsible for the offensive ad with a blaze of publicity, the far bigger scandal, the likelihood that the Huntsman campaign created the ad as a ‘false flag’ attack on the Paul campaign, has been almost universally ignored by the corporate press. ********************* Paul Joseph Watson is the editor and writer for Prison Planet.com. Smear Attacks Have No Effect, Ron Paul Still on Course to Win IowaComments Off The establishment media is losing its power to sabotage the march of liberty. Despite a barrage of smear attacks from every single corner of the mainstream media over the last two weeks, Ron Paul’s chances of winning the Iowa Republican Primary have if anything increased, with a new poll showing Paul increasing his lead over Mitt Romney while the New York Times’ primary projection shows Paul’s chances of winning at 60% compared with Romney at 31%. The sheer desperation of the establishment in its efforts to topple Ron Paul are staggering to behold. Everything from bitter former employees of the Paul campaign, to ludicrous You Tube videos of crying women, to the re-hashed debunked 15-year-old smears about ‘racist’ newsletters, every single piece of dirt imaginable has been thrown at Paul – but nothing has stuck. This phenomenon once again illustrates the fact, as we saw during Rand Paul’s senatorial campaign, that the corporate press is now so distrusted by a significant portion of Americans that their coordinated smear attacks, which used to have the power to sink candidates almost overnight, are now rapidly losing influence. It also highlights the fact that the smear attacks against Paul have been completely hyped and exaggerated out of all proportion. Whereas Herman Cain’s adventurous sex life cost him the frontrunner’s position and forced him to drop out of the race altogether, likewise with Gingrich when the exposure of his true political inclinations decimated his commanding lead, the so-called scandals about Ron Paul are so transparently weak and have been distorted out of all rational proportions, that their impact has been non-existent on the polling figures. That assertion is proven by the numbers – which show Paul’s lead in Iowa has held firm. A new Public Policy Polling survey shows Ron Paul at 24% with Romney in second at 20% and Gingrich in third at 13%. That’s a one percentage point increase in Paul’s lead compared to the last PPP poll conducted ten days ago. “Paul continues to have much more passionate support than Romney. 77% of his voters are firmly committed to him, compared to 71% for Romney. Among voters who say their minds are completely made up Paul’s lead expands to 7 points at 28-21. If Paul’s lead holds on through next Tuesday it appears he’ll have won this on the ground,” reports PPP. In addition, the New York Times’ primary projection shows that Paul now has a 60% chance of winning Iowa compared to Romney with a 31% chance. Last week, the two candidates were level by this measurement but now Paul has pulled ahead. If there’s anything that frightens the establishment as much as Ron Paul gaining the kind of momentum that could catapult him into the frontrunner position in other primary states, it’s the fact that the corporate press and all their simpering hangers-on no longer have the power to dictate reality. The smear attacks have failed – Ron Paul is still on course to win Iowa and his momentum will continue to build. ********************* Paul Joseph Watson is the editor and writer for Prison Planet.com. CNN Lobs Veiled Charges of Racism at Ron PaulComments Off
With Ron Paul’s numbers rapidly gaining, reaching as high as 28% Wednesday night, there can be no doubt that the once un-electable Ron Paul is now a serious candidate for the highest office in the land and a formidable grass roots driven opponent for a President who has thus far failed to manifest the hope and change promised in 2008. For those friends and supporters of President Obama who worked so hard to get him elected and continue to help him maintain some semblance of credibility among die-hard supporters by keeping mum on stories like the Fast and Furious gun scandal and the $4 million Obama family holiday vacation, discrediting by any means necessary any legitimate Presidential contender is the primary directive. In the following interview, CNN reporter Gloria Borger presses Ron Paul about his involvement in a Newsletter published under his name in which there were reportedly some controversial statements made about race and other issues. Establishment Puppet Iowa Governor: If Ron Paul wins, ignore it and look at who finishes second(4) Establishment reverts back to pretending Paul doesn’t exist. From rightly heralding the Iowa primary as a crucial indicator as to who will eventually capture the GOP nomination, the establishment has closed ranks and now decided that a Ron Paul victory doesn’t count and that the focus will be on who finishes second. A Politico article entitled Ron Paul panic seizes Iowa establishment perfectly illustrates the supreme arrogance of the very political elite Paul is fighting against and goes a step beyond Fox News pundit Chris Wallace’s insistence that the Iowa result “won’t count” if Ron Paul wins. Despite the fact that two out of the last three winners of the Iowa primary have gone on to successfully capture the Republican nomination, the political class have decided that Ron Paul doesn’t deserve the opportunity to build the same kind of momentum, and that a victory for him in Iowa “would do irreparable harm to the future role of the first-in-the-nation caucuses.” The hierarchy is so petrified at the possibility of a Ron Paul win that the state’s own Governor, Terry Branstad, has pre-empted the result by urging people to ignore Paul if he secures a first place finish and instead concentrate on who comes second. “People are going to look at who comes in second and who comes in third,” said Branstad, adding, ““If [Mitt] Romney comes in a strong second, it definitely helps him going into New Hampshire and the other states.” As we have seen from the Republican race thus far, the identity of the frontrunner has changed several different times. Rick Perry, Herman Cain and now Newt Gingrich all saw their campaigns rise and fall dramatically. Ron Paul is the only candidate to slowly build momentum and not suffer any major setback. Yes, it’s true that Ron Paul’s national figures are significantly lower than both Gingrich and Romney, but the Texan Congressman would have a very real chance of overturning that deficit if his potential victory in Iowa was treated with a modicum of respect, but the establishment are determined not to let that happen. This is why we are now seeing a deluge of whining “Ron Paul can’t win” articles every day. The establishment has gone all out to virtually sabotage the credibility of the primary weeks before it even takes place, terrified that a Ron Paul success could upset the apple cart of the two RINO establishment candidates. In addition, the Politico piece floats the hoax that a Ron Paul win would ensure an Obama re-election, when in realityRon Paul has the best chance of beating Obama out of all the Republican candidates. Isn’t it fascinating that the political class doesn’t consider how Newt Gingrich, who is about as conservative as Mao Tse-Tung, would also cause “irreparable harm” to the reputation of the primary if he won? Their concern for the potential harm caused by a Mitt Romneycare victory is also notable by its absence. Ron Paul has the most conservative voting record since 1937 – so why on earth should a Paul victory cause “irreparable harm” to Iowa? His success in the state should be celebrated as a sign that the Republican Party is finally starting to return to its constitutional principles. ********************* Paul Joseph Watson is the editor and writer for Prison Planet.com. Dinosaur Media Heats up Ron Paul Smear CampaignComments Off My Two Cents: Love him or hate him, Alex Jones makes some solid points here. End Two Cents. Ron Paul’s astounding rise in the polls and his first place lead as the GOP heads for Iowa and the first caucus in January of 2012.

Faux Conservatives Smear Ron Paul Ahead of Iowa Run In(3) Limbaugh suggests anyone but Ron Paul can beat Obama when exact opposite is true With the latest polls showing Ron Paul within touching distance of the lead in Iowa with less than three weeks to go to the caucus, the phony conservative big guns have set about a desperate campaign to smear the Congressman, for fear that he could actually win. Appearing on on Fox News Channel’s “On the Record with Greta van Sustren” on Wednesday night, radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh lambasted Paul, claiming that “right now anybody other than Ron Paul could beat Obama if the election were tomorrow — easily.” Limbaugh also suggested that Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and Texas Gov. Rick Perry were the most conservative candidates. Video here. Limbaugh’s attack falls flat on it’s face when you consider the fact that just last week an NBC News/Marist Poll found that among all competitors for the Republican nomination, Ron Paul has the best chance of defeating President Obama in a head-to-head race. Indeed, Obama defeats all the GOP competitors except for Ron Paul in a hypothetical matchup, thus the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Limbaugh claims is actually true. Rush Limbaugh is not an idiot, he knows this is the case, yet he also knows that the majority of Fox News viewers will simply swallow his lies wholesale without questioning his “facts”. Ron Paul is the only candidate in the 2012 GOP race who has the ability to pick up votes from Democrats, Independents and Liberal voters who are dissatisfied with Obama’s continuation of George W. Bush’s core policies. Limbaugh has consistently sought to sideline Ron Paul by claiming he is a fringe candidate even as his success in national polls prove he is a powerful front runner for the 2012 presidential election. During a recent monologue on his radio show, Limbaugh, who once admitted that he was a water carrier for the Republican Party, claimed that Ron Paul would destroy the GOP, and that Paul’s supporters were “nuts on parade”. Not only has Ron Paul received more than double the amount of donations from active duty military personnel than all of the other Republican candidates combined, he has also raised more money from the troops than President Obama himself. By characterizing Ron Paul supporters as “nuts on parade,” Limbaugh has simultaneously insulted the thousands of U.S. troops he routinely claims to support. CONTINUED at Prison Planet. Cain Blames Perry for Sexual Harassment CircusComments Off *Taken from Forbes. Was the recent attack on Herman Cain’s presidential campaign a professional hit job? Absolutely, says Herman Cain. And he says he knows just where to look for the guy who did it: At 815 Slaters Lane in Alexandria, Virginia, a low-slung former warehouse in the shadow of a coal plant. There, beside rusting rail lines, is the home of OnMessage Inc., a Republican-leaning consulting firm recently hired to bolster Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s presidential campaign. Stewart pwns both over their recent idiocy/weirdness:

Cain: “I didn’t sleep with that young intern”Comments Off *Taken from Real Clear Politics. Video at link. “I have never sexually harassed anyone, let’s say that. Secondly, I’ve never sexually harassed anyone, and yes, I was falsely accused while I was at the National Restaurant Association, and I say falsely, because it turned out, after the investigation, to be baseless. The people mentioned in that article were the ones who would be aware of any misdoings, and they have attested to my integrity and my character. It is totally baseless, and totally false, never have I committed any sort of sexual harassment,” Herman Cain told FOX News about claims from Politico that he was involved in the sexual harassment of two former employees. |

Cain Circus: 2 women accused Herman Cain of inappropriate behaviorComments Off My Two Cents: Sure, this may be a smear attempt by the media haters but it is also a scandal founded in truth. The idiot Cain representative on the phone with Geraldo proves that the Cain campaign is going ape shit trying to cover their ass on this one. In any event, Cain needs to fire that guy and he also needs to fire the idiot behind the smoking/creepy smile commercial. Frankly, I’m tired of Cain getting all these mulligans. If anyone else had these issues, it’d be over but once again the public is easily duped by another charismatic candidate with big empty promises and no experience. End Two Cents. *Taken from Politico. During Herman Cain’s tenure as the head of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s, at least two female employees complained to colleagues and senior association officials about inappropriate behavior by Cain, ultimately leaving their jobs at the trade group, multiple sources confirm to POLITICO. The women complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Cain that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the restaurant group that gave them financial payouts to leave the association. The agreements also included language that bars the women from talking about their departures.
